This is the worst laundromat. I used 6 washing machines and 3 of my loads didn't come clean at all. All of them I washed on hot, extra rinse and I did not over fill. I only filled the machines just under 3/4 full. To add to the frustration the dryers lint traps must not be emptied properly because it took forever for my stuff to dry in some of the dryers. Again I did not over fill. Do not come here

I've not been to a laundrymat in over "30" years. I was pleasantly surprised when I found and went to Dash Point Laundry. Nora, the attendant on duty (8/16/24) was very helpful; taking time, with patience and a winning personality to show me all that I needed to do. Staying nearby to make sure the process was smooth and end results were as I needed them to be. While it may appear to be a simple process to wash, dry clothes, a LOT has changed. She walked me step by step to the "new" way and made my early morning trip positive. BIG KUDOS to a great worker and a very clean facility!

Cleanest machines around. Ultrafast drying, if clothes split among dryers. Came in with a family members worst smelling clothes, and came out with oder free clothes. The staff goes out of their ways to help newbies understand how machines work. Over $12 to wash one large load for 30 minutes seems pretty pricey to me, the dryers make up for washing price as dryers much cheaper, my large loads were fully dry within half hour. If i need a laundry mat in future, i'd choose to come here. This place deservesand earned my 5 stars given.

We were in town halfway through on a long road trip of the PNW. We dropped off all of our clothes and towels for wash and fold on 7/1. It was ready within a few hours. Super easy and the price was right. Highly recommend!

DASHPOINT LAUNDRY Is the only place to get your laundry done, sanitarily, quickly, and effiencily. THE MANAGER STEVE is fantastic. If there is any problem he not only cares but gets right back to you, and figures it out. BEST CUSTOMER SERICE FROM A BUSINESS! Thank you Steve for being a Stand up guy!

I brought in three heaping baskets of laundry recently and asked them to wash, dry, and fold everything. I had fallen recently and was too sore to do it myself. They told me it would be a 24-hour turnaround and that they would text me when it was ready. About 6 hours later I had a text that my laundry was ready for pickup. I was very happy with the shorter turnaround. The only request I would make in the future is that they break down the clean laundry into smaller, lighter packages for me.

Decided to do some spring cleaning and took all the comforters and pillows and blankets and headed to the laundry. I have not used a laundry mat in 20+ years but this was a great experience. Laura was working and she was GREAT, taught us how to get the card and use the different machines and she was always running around cleaning. Everything we used worked great and was very clean including the locked bathroom, which I very much appreciated. I absolutely will go back, it was nice to get so much laundry done all in one go!

My washing machine broke spraying water everywhere and it was so much I had to resort to using clothes to clean up the water I brought multiple wet loads of laundry into dahspoint laundry and they took care of me the same day great service very friendly staff

Great customer service. All their washing machines and dryers are well maintained and Everything Is always kept very clean. Besides having washers and dryers to do your clothes there. They also offer services to do clothes for you. The prices are really there too for their services. If you have not checked out this laundry mat I'd recommend it.
