The team was professional, friendly, and communicative. They finished fixing my car in the time promised. The bill (which was covered by the auto insurance if the guy who hit me) was also comparable if not cheaper than the two other shops I had gotten an estimate from. Not only was the car damage fixed, my car was washed and vacuumed ? I highly recommend them!

Although we appreciate the time and effort in repairing the damage of my car, something I felt unsatisfied with as a customer was the lack of communication regarding updates. I was initially told by one of their workers that the anticipated time to finish repairs for my car would be "a few days" and in my head I assumed it wouldn't take longer than a couple of days, or even 3 days at most. Because of these expectations I had based on what the worker said, I assumed I would not have to rent a car for so long.What happened was I rented a car for more than a week and there was no text updates or follow up from one of your workers until I initiated a call asking for an update. Once I initiated a call asking for an update, a worker said that the average repair time takes around 5-7 days plus extra time to receive any missing parts that were ordered. Due to the inconsistent communication for updates and no transparency on anticipated repair time, I had to pay an expensive car rental bill.Also, when I called their office for the update, one of their workers said that the shop went through 3 bumpers because 2 of them were broken and that was what took so long in the wait time. It is unfortunate and frustrating that there was no communication about this until after I called back.From this experience alone, I do not plan on continuing being a customer with this shop. This was unprofessional and very inconvenient for us as former customers. For anyone looking into body shops, I do not recommend this place. Your time and money is better off invested elsewhere. Please do better.

Absolutely Recommend- unfortunately my family has had quite a few incidents where their services were needed. My father, myself Have been here at least 3 times for repairs. And each and every time they have been AMAZING- The front desk staff, the person who assesses your vehicle every single person there was friendly and professional. The work they do is top notch- they give you full disclosure on the process, keep you informed and often are done ahead of schedule. I recommend them to everyone and even drove an hour each way to utilize them over others. Highly recommend!

The Staff & Service here are amazing! Recently had an accident & was looking for a Body Shop to repair my vehicle. Especially with how Body shops are booked out weeks if not months in advance, This location took me in within days & received incredible service. They did an amazing job on keeping me up to date on the Repair process of my vehicle. Nicki, Betsy & the entire crew have been amazing in making sure you're taken cared of ASAP.Definitely recommend them for your Vehicle repairing needs! :)

Nikki was excellent to deal with, provided weekly updates. Everyone at the shop was personal and helpful throughout the whole process. Workmanship was great. They made sure that the very low original estimate from progressive was handled.

Made appointment through the central system but when I arrived The shop receptionist had canceled my appointment because they did not take my insurance. No one contacted me to discuss Whether I wanted to continue and possibly pay out of pocket. What a waste of time and energy. Very rudebehavior.
