I hear that they are under new management and according to my observations, the new management sucks as they NEVER have what I am looking for and the staff seems miserable. As a veteran of the whole industry, the staff totally reflects on the management. Keep your chins up, associates and staff. I know it's not you, but your "sucky" manager.Hey guess what? I might just steal the new "manager's job, because she obviously sucks!

For one they barely ever have any products on the shelves anymore. For two I came today Sunday at 12:30pm they open at 12 and there is nobody here the doors locked and lights off no sign saying why they are closed or if they will be open. This is getting ridiculous Cosmoprof. I'm absolutely done now. I will be shopping at salon centric from now on. I wasted 45 min driving out here because I don't have a closer one.

The store layout is nice, but nothing seems to be stocked most of the time for the hair dyes in matrix or joico. Staff are also very moody and seem like they don’t want to be there. Why do you work at a hair store if you don’t want to be their?

Nobody was there! doors are close lights are off, it says open online so I drove all the way there 15 minutes away.

I was probably being extremely annoying. But I was trying to make sure I was being charged right. The lady helping me was extremely nice about it. After the Nth time and her explaining how sales worked, I was glad I was able to finally make sense of everything.

I entered the store looking for a product, I don't know if because I am Hispanic or for what reason one of the people who was in the store followed me asking if everything was okay but in an unpleasant tone, as if what I was looking for had been found. Exhausted, I simply left the store, but when I got to the door I realized that the two people who were there were standing behind me looking at me as if I were a thief and talking something to each other that from their faces I could tell they were talking about me, terrible service, nothing helpful just the hint that he was doing something
