The service wasn’t the fastest I’ve had at this facility, but the staff was so nice and respectful to all the patients it made the experience bearable even though I was tired. Great job.??

From the minute I walked in everyone was polite and professional. The Filipino girl at the front desk explained the process very well. I wish I got her name. But, from her and the kind lady that took me back I was treated with kindness and compassion. The Dr. that did my exam was professional and outgoing. We even joked around and had some laughs. Love that in a Dr. when you can be serious and at the same time laugh. Also, this was the quickest visits I had experienced at a Concentra. I was told it would be about 3.5hrs wait. I think I was in and out of there in a hour. And that’s why I give them a 10. Time is precious. And so is respect, kindness and compassion. In which they all excelled.

Everyone was very friendly and personable!They were quick and efficient! They made sure you didn't feel like a number! And there wasn't a long wait, even though the place was very busy!I had a wonderful experience!!

In Concentrate Urgent Care, everyone there is very helpful and you can see the desire to want to help one at all times and with the convenience that one can check online before one arrives for their appointment and be seen to as soon as one arrives and that makes it very convenient and very fast without the need to wait for hours and they make you feel that the service is super fast and not having the need to wait a long time and that is very good as a patient because they can seeing you quickly and they take the time to explain to you step by step what is going to happen and they make sure that you feel comfortable and welcome and also with the convenience that the Physical Therapy service has, all in the same place. I recommend Concentra to all my family and friends.

I was sent to this place through my pre employment screen for a drug test and physical. Upon arrival the front desk was having people sign in. I mentioned I had an appt. The clerk was nice enough to look for my name while helping another guest. The front desk lady said oh yes you are supposed to be over there. Pointing to the direction of the other adjoining room. I could see the sign for drug screen. I thanked her and went to sit in the other waiting room.Another lady sat at the reception desk around 11:30. Same time. . Asked if I had been signed in. I said yes I have an appt for 11:30. She nodded and said ok making sure.Waiting. 12:15 pm rolls around I asked if my name was called because I thought I heard a G name. Receptionists then asked for my name again. She said go speak to the ladies at the other desk. I did and asked if I misheard if I was called… the lady checked and said no it was another one. So I went back to the other side. “I’ll keep an eye and ear out”. 12:30 more people. More guest. More drug screens for other people are being called back. I then get up and ask the front desk lady again at around. 12:45pm if there was something I’m missing or was I skipped. She look confused. Double check her computer. Looked for a chart by her wall. Went to the back and came out… and said let’s speak to the physical therapy receptionist.We then found out they never even signed me in.One lady said I was there for a drug test and the other lady didn’t know I was there for a physical too.She then had me sign in through my phone which was not working at the moment… signal was strong but nothing going through… she had to get a tablet for me to use… I asked why the front desk to the main clink and this section was not connected to see who or what patients are to be seen. … they do not cross reference from one to the other she said. I then had to quickly fill out medical papers through the tablet. Sure ok why was this not sent prior to the appt.I now felt ignored and dismissed by this time. The therapy receptionist was nice and flustered. Yet quickly hurried to get me seen and pushed through to be seen for my drug test. I understand miscommunication yet this was over 1 1/2 hour. One hour and thirty minutes. By the time I was seen. My paper work was stamped 1:14 pmOn another point I was asking if I needed an eye exam as well from the nurse who took me back. Trying to show her my paper… she only a drug screen as I see form this paperwork… I locked my purse up and the second nurse said to my nurse in Spanish. That I was crazy. I don’t think this is professional nor right…. I had waited and was genuinely asking a question.I mentioned to the nurse that was doing my drug test that I speakSpanish and understand it.I get the miscommunication but the ending treatment from the words of a person that works there…. Hmmm

Good service, but I was disappointed in the fact that I was forced to pay $69 for step 2 T.B. test just because I was late to collect my results by 11 minutes. Why restart the whole process just because a client is late by 11 minutes? You can do better than that.

If it wasn't for the health technician and the doctor. I wouldn't give them any stars. The receptionist was not only rude, but she didn't know what she was talking about. She told me that if I used the restroom when I got there, I would have to come back and do the screening again, two hours later. Not true, I could've done that part, right then and there and waited the two hours for the physical. She better hope I don't get an UTI.

Very understanding, helpful and grateful!! Excellent staff, waiting time was good, and very convenient traveling distance. I don't like driving in downtown Seattle traffic!! Would recommend this place to others.

The facility is nice and clean. The workers are professional and efficient. They were able to register and process me in a timely manor.If ever in the future I need their services I will return.

The staff were distracted and disorganized. Doctor couldn't identify a simple device on my chest. Despite being told I have diabetes, asked me if I understood why my blood sugar was high. My test results were skewed because I didn't fast, even though my instructions told me I didn't need to fast. Complete sh-tshow. Would not go back.

the doctors and staff are pleasant and I understand they have a lot on their plate but, I had a dot physical done and the doctor required a sleep study to complete the paperwork so I was given a 3 month temporary. I did the sleep study and submitted the results by email as I was instructed to do it the staff never processed the study so the doctor could finish the paperwork and so they charged me an additional $130.00 for another physical. i am now paying for their incompetence in processing the paperwork.

I needed a DOT physical ASAP and this was one of the few places in the area that accepted walk-ins and would be able to see me. It has a great location that is easily accessible, with many types of different businesses surrounding, in case you have to wait for your appointment because after you check in and if there's a wait time, they have your phone number and will give you a call. I was pleasantly surprised with the courteous behavior and professionalism that was given to me. This is a great group of people and I'm so glad that I lucked out and found them. Thank you for the speedy and great service!
