Waste of time. They made me wait in a room for almost an hour waiting for a doctor. The whole wait time from lobby to leaving was like 2 hours and 45 minutes. Ridiculous place

For a building that was pretty empty and not near closing time yet, the wait time is absurdly long.
Also, they want you to check in via phone browser, but the signal and wifi I. The building is awful. Their wife has instructions to connect…and it does, but it still acts as if you have no connection. So checking in takes longer than it needs to.
Customer service is meh. The girl at the front desk was too busy talking gossip to her lady friend. The guy who took the dot test was really good though.

Great service from start to finish. The check-in staff was friendly & courteous and my test administrator was great with a nice positive attitude. I was there for my pre-employment health assessment and was in & out within 30 minutes.

only saving grace was i did not have to wait in the lobby for 2 hours and was able to be called back from my house. I waited for 30-minutes in the exam room and was told it was because they only had one provider. They are making money off company claims and not able to be staffed to serve the amount of patients coming through. Go anywhere but here.
