“Darius my Apple genius is amazing..! I have an Apple TV 4K (2022) and encountered an issue where I wasn’t able to update to TV OS 17.4 (stuck on 17.3). My warranty expired on April 16, 2024 but because I called support on April 12 and had the issue documented, I was able to get a one month extension to May 12, 2024. I checked in @ 10:20am and was out of the store with a new replacement by 10:42am. This is why people pay extra for Apple products… The service you get post sale is unmatched by any other brand. Darius wasn’t playing when he said “I gotchu brotha” lol.”
