As your parents grow older and need more help, you find yourself looking for partners to provide case at the right level at the right time. Comfort Keepers Home Care in Federal Way has been that partner with my family; first for my father in Hospice and then the long-term home care for my mother. We sync on a regular basis and they help me manage Dr Visits and other changes. They deserve my thanks and you should call and meet with them and then decide.

I had services for my father and they were either late or didn’t show up, didn’t have someone for the shift. Very unprofessional and went with another service.

I was introduced to Comfort Keepers 4 years ago and was blown away by the support they give to the people they serve and also the community outreach to provide free educational opportunities in regards to aging. Their staff are highly trained, probably more so than most caregiving agencies. Their staff are incredibly supported by the team leaders, which translates into better stability and happy caregivers. There's a direct correlation between happy staff making happy residents, and I would imagine that Comfort Keepers is at the top of their game in this arena! When the time comes, I will have them assist my loved ones. I trust their team and am blown away by the service, compassion and professionalism they provide. They go the distance and beyond to help each individual.

This company has been caring for my Mom for over a year and now they're also watching over Dad. Their office is smoothly run, even when things get dicey on Mom and Dad's side with hospital visits, etc. They take great care!! They respond quickly to changes and requests!! I've been in customer service and sales for most of my life and these folks have impressed me over and over. Thank you, Comfort Care Team!!!

A friend/neighbor recommended Comfort Keepers, we had EXCELLENT care in San Jose and I wished to do the same here. Our neighbor described Comfort Keepers as the best. She was right. Our very first visit by Samantha was like she had always known Ethel, who suffered a stroke and went from IQ north of 160 to south of 70 in a month of hospital. While she is very frustrated in having always known so much, now is unable to use ordinary nouns and has severe balance issues. My guess is that no matter what issues we might have had, they have the talent to address it. Having met MANY caregivers, I am certain these folks are the best in South King or North Pierce. I will write a longer recommendation letter for Comfort Keepers to use.

I lost a good friend last week (Roberta at Normandy Senior Living), and in the last month had the opportunity to meet two of your caregivers, Terry and Mary. I was so impressed with both of them. They were so attentive and caring of Roberta and her husband Bob. Mary helped me decorate their Christmas tree. We had fun. Terry always took Roberta in her wheel chair to get her out of their apartment.I thanked them but wanted their management to know how much they were appreciated.

Should be NO STAR!! A special celebration day was ruined by the caretaker MK when she argued with a family member while "on the clock" and upset the client as well, and was caught in a lie. Very unprofessional!! It seems that caretakers are allowed to misunderstand client/caretaker boundaries and attempt to dictate which family members can visit or live with the parent, and when. Paid help should not have these strong opinions voiced, rather do your job that you are being paid an absorbent amount to do and finish your day.A ruined celebration day (early Mothers Day) and a very upsetting experience! Be aware of the care your parents/loved one are receiving and by whom. There are options, seek out all options and when you settle on a caretaker, stay mindful of the care. Elderly are easily manipulated and deceived.
