If I could rate them "ZERO", I would. First off, I look for legitimate businesses, ones with a city license. This one has nothing. They also are operating in Auburn without one. Next, I look for a PRICE SHEET. I went there a couple months back and the owner and his wife I assume didn't understand what I was asking and I had to overly explain, "Do you have a flyer with prices of what it cost for shirts, pants, suits, etc...?" He finally said we don't have anything like that. I asked him why, so customers could know what you charge. Again, he acted like he didn't understand. I said do you have a website or social media. Again nothing. I recommended he should have this for new customers coming to try them and he just acted like we tell you price when you show up. This is not how a business is ran. You have no clue what they charge and they could change it anytime and unless you are paying attention your first visit, then you could get ripped off if you don't remember the prices they charge you each time you visit. Lastly, I think Dry Cleaners like this operate in a shady manner, because they are either trying to hide how they are doing business or they just don't know how to run a business or a combination of both. I think that is what is going on here with this dry cleaner. RECOMMENDATION: Do your due diligence, caveat emptor, ask for pricing up front, have them write it down and keep it on you. Also, ask them if they have a City of Federal Way business license and to show you. It's not in the system, so technically the business is being ran illegally and you should RUN away from doing any business with them until they become compliant and also change how they advertise the pricing and how they treat customers.

I took my UGG boots to get cleaned and the completely ruined them. Now their giving me the run around on either “fixing” them or replacing them.
