There have been times, I spoke with agents that were rude, & spoke in a condescending fashion... Tekoa's patient, & thorough with her responses... To be honest, I believe she should get a raise or promotion.... Thanks for taking time to read my review...

Hi,I’m telling you guys from my own experience so don’t go to this place anymore they’re very liars people and very rude disrespectful we was deal for 400 2 car full coverage I went to talk with my father then I went back to them they said 492$ now but why ? her name is Marilyn Mathisen don’t ge to her she is very liars

Would definitely recommend! Very easy to get started. Good prices, friendly staff and an easy to understand policy. I've not needed to use my insurance as of yet, thankfully! But I have no doubts it will be an easy going process if ever it becomes necessary.

I haven't had to file a claim yet during all my years with Allstate, but the times that I've spoken with their representatives regarding other matters pertaining to my account, they've always been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!Just moved to Allstate from Nationwide. Allstate was about $500 less for home. A couple weeks in and they jack up my premium $524 and didn't tell me.This is possibly illegal and FRAUD. And I will be reporting it to the state of WA.Be aware if dealing with this agency or Allstate. They are not reputable! STAY AWAY!

Had my homeowners with them less than a month. I have not filed any claims. And... they jack the premium up more than $500, after it's in affect. I'll be reporting this to the state and maybe getting a lawyer. BEWARE OF ALLSTATE AND CISCO AGENCY!!!!
