I adore the staff here! They're always so friendly and chipper and really nice. They're also very helpful if you have any questions. I have never once had a bad experience shopping and buying my gas here.The store is well stocked and very clean! I have no problem finding the items I'm looking for. The gasoline pumps are also well maintained. Plenty of fluids and rags to clean my windshield. Trash cans are also well looked after. Nary a piece of garbage on the ground that I have seen.A delight every time I fill up my gas tank!

On January 9th at 5:30pm I went in the store to pay the lady at the cash register $24 for my gas and turned out that the machine only gave me $14 worth of it. I confronted her about it and she told me to go out and get the other $10 worth of gas but it still didn’t work. I went in again and this time she told a tall big young looking man to come out and help me. He got my receipt to print out which said that only $14 was spent. After going in and out three times I told the lady that I was sure that I gave her two 10 dollar bills and four ones to which we could check in their security camera footage. After I said that she just asked me if I wanted my $10 back or if I still wanted to use it for gas because she knew what the outcome would be. She didn’t even bother giving an explanation or tried to come up with an excuse for her dishonesty to rid me of ten bucks after trying to convince me with some kind of made up explanation about the whole situation by wasting my time going in and out the store. In the end, I just wanted my money back because I was further angered and displeased by her nonchalance and pride not being able to admit her intentions and at least apologize. I’ll definitely just pay with card from now on. As a customer for years now I’m surprised to have this interaction with her because it’s not the first time that I’ve seen her. I hope others are vigilant of people like this.

The employees here are always nice to me. They're is a convenience store with a restroom inside, a carwash, and a row of vacuums for your car.

Beth is constantly rude. For years. I leave town for years. Come back. And she is the same miser she always has been. She checks my ID every time I buy beer. She is the only one who does. I'm 37. She always gives condescending directions about how to use the pin pad. Every time. She says, "go ahead" before it's ready. She waits until way after I have entered the store to lazily bark a "hello" at me, and everyone else. It's weird. Why say it at all if she hates doing it? It's not like I come in there to talk to her. And she seems to think that she is clever and funny. She is the constant running joke. The customers hate her. Her coworkers hate her. She is obviously in a lot of constant emotional pain about her life, but this is not my problem. I just want gas, or chips, or beer. I'm just gonna have to give her what she wants after all these years and stop going there until she is replaced by someone that doesn't hate her job so obviously and so much. It's just bizarre. Her behavior is just bizarre. She wants some of us to hate her. Why else would she act the way that she does? It must make her feel powerful. Basically, because she must feel utterly powerless and must also be utterly confused about life. Again, I just want chips, or gum, or gas; not a window into her past abuse and endless emotional pain. It's just sad. There is a QFC a block away. The gas is cheaper, they have self-checkout machines and forty times the selection of products. I won't miss this place. Just duh.

Service getting lazy and typical for pump at 10:30am, not be turned on and when getting gas skips part for car wash, which I've needed few times, and goes straight to asking if want receipt, and times where receipt paper was not refilled, so you gotta go in and stand in line and ask them to look it up.

I will never go back rude customer service and it's okay to make things one way so why not just make it no way. It is illegal to make a road one way and the women working did not care and and was not sympathetic but instead lost a customer who has a monthly membership to the car wash. I find her a bully and they have the highest price of gas around and they seem to think it is okay to make customers feel bullied, ashamed and outright disrespected by everyone who is working there. When I go there more than once a week and now will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go here and will now drive out of my to get my car washed. Also they had no sign on Norpoint way that said no right turn

It's a gas station so they have the basic gas station things like pumps and a car wash and inside there's a store with food I only give 2 stars because after midnight if you need gas you have to drive to federal way because they close and I also give 2 stars because they don't carry sprite in there soda machine other then that the inside is always clean the employees are okay sometimes nice sometimes not they also have at least 10 vacuum machines outside enough for everybody

I went here to get a new propane tank to fry my turkey on Thanksgiving day and was told to come back tomorrow(Day of Thanksgiving). I came back the next day and still wasn't able to. Poor customer service and poor communication.
