Stopped by here when I was in town. Who the hell does a software upgrade/update during after work rush hour?! I've been here plenty times before and prob won't ever come back. Gas price is constantly 30+ cents more and always more expensive to get drinks. I guess if you have a chevron card, you're stuck to this place. Thank God I don't.

This IS NOT A BRUSHLESS CARWASH! Waste of time. The car was consist of big, nasty, rolling brushes. Not brushless. Be carful. Yuck!

I've visited this Chevron service station on four (4) occasions now as I really like their car wash. It's brushless! No scratches on a car's finish like other car washes that employ spinning brushes. The car wash at this location is great! You pay via a machine prior to entering the car wash. Once inside and centered (lights will direct you accordingly), the pre-soak begins, and depending on what level of 'clean/protection' you pay for, the entire process takes about ten (10) minutes or so. If there are already number cars in line, be prepared to exercise patience as the car washing process takes time, then of course there are some people have no idea as to how to use their credit/debit cards in the machine even though directions are quite clear. Oh well, I digress. Great car washing system that uses high powered water pressure vs brushes. If the line is long, run into the store and grab a slurpy/icee or your favorite beverage. Prices run from about $8.00 (basic wash) to $12.00 (wash, wax, undercarriage spray & paint protectant). Real touchless car washing.

I try to avoid this place due to the poor customer service but it's the closest gas station near me. I stopped to get fuel, I paid at the pump. Then went in to buy a lotto ticket, waited in line, only one person in front of me and still had to wait for at lease 10-15 min only to be told they don't sell any lotto tickets at night... wtf? The drawing isn't for a few more days and I've bought tickets at night before. Train your employees. I was going to buy other things but when I was refused well then I guess I'll go somewhere that wants my money.

Car wash is ok but kinda expensive At least its a newer machine as the car wash machine before this one had the MOST DISGUSTING brushes iv ever seen at least its better now.

Literally every night we go here the doors are LOCKED! Every single time & it takes them forever to unlock them. I get it a lot of customers steal or whatever the case may be, but that's unfair for the paying customers. I live right across the street and it's freezing outside so to wait for the door to be unlocked when you walk to the store, SUCKS! Really bad.

Horrible place went to get gas had to pee really really bad and the lady said no because the system is down ? I begged to pee but she said nope . I don't know how using the bathroom would effect the registers ?

I've gone through their car wash at least 10 times before and never had any issues. Yesterday went through the car wash and noticed that my left right taillight was severely scratched. Returned to the Chevron to let them know and this woman manager said there was nothing they could do and that it listed on a sign before entering the carwash that "they are not responsible for damage". I told her that it is up to them to maintain the car wash and it was their fault for the scratches. I then asked for the owner's name and she refused to give it to me. This was not a pleasant experience at all, I feel if it is faulty equipment, they should take ownership of the damage it did to my car. I will never go to this place again and would not recommend anyone else to use their car wash.

Stopped here to get drinks while taking off on a road trip. Busy gas station near the freeway with a lot of people coming and going. Cashiers were moving people through the line quickly. Gas was more expensive then down the street.

Been a loyal customer for over 5 years and come in tonight after work and get yelled at and told to leave being accused of stealing from the cashier. I explained she had me mistaken for someone else and explained that she sees me in there at least once a week normally in my work uniform. She did not apologize, just said you must have a twin very rudly. They just lost a couple of loyal customers due to an unprofessional employee. Maybe you should check your cameras to find out who actually stole from you.

Very poor service unfortunately the nearest convenient store to me! Car is in the shop walked down to the Chevron in the rain gave the clerk my money and reached in my pocket to give exact change clerk very rudely said "I Dont have time for this " grabbed my change out her til wouldn't except my exact change and basically threw my money at me , I was stunned and I'm sure my face looked very confused and and irritated at the same time . I walked out without saying anything further to her as I walked home in the rain my anger started setting in for being treated like this , normally I would let something like this go but as I really started to process the way I was just treated by this clerk in Chevron I had to write this review . I have noticed customer service has really gone down hill everywhere you go and the less people bringing it to attention to the public the worse it is going to get . What happen to the good ole days when you could walk in places and be treated with the same respect you give ? Makes you wonder what will be the norm in 10 years from now ! If I could give this business NO stars it would have got a - 5 . Maybe if more people took the time to write reviews it would cause these businesses to loose clientele and they would be forced to pay attention to properly training their employees in bettering their customer service skills !!!!!!

This place is a good deal more expensive than the other stations in the area and will be the first of all to raise prices. Food mart is nice and it's pretty convenient. The car wash itself is really good, but the dryer takes a long time to begin working, and the timer actually begins while the car wash is finishing and it says to stay stopped (during the final rinse), so you will feel a bit jipped on the drying process. My advice is to just take the car really slow until you pass the windshield, after that you should be ok.

This review is based on their car wash alone. I think they literally use their sewage water to clean your car. Halfway through my car wash I noticed a strong awful smell. I wish I could have driven out of the damn wash right then! It lingered in my car for a day after as the vents kept pumping into my car. I went and bought a air freshener right away. DO NOT use this car wash!
