Our movie was supposed to start at 5 pm. We got there before five. Nothing played, not even previews. At twelve minutes past, we had to call them and tell them that nothing was playing. Movie finally started at 5:21 pm. We complained to the manager after but she didn’t care. Not coming back here.

This theater suuuuuuucks. We traveled from out of state and easily everything except watching the movie is inconvenient. Everything that shouldn’t be self service is and everything that should be self service isn’t. The only way to enter this theater is through the mall. You walk up to a counter to be directed to the box office where you can’t purchase your tickets at a kiosk anywhere prior to this. When asking the employee if the seats recline, his response: oh I don’t know i haven’t been working here long enough to have seen all the seats in the theater. Then walking up to the main concession counter that’s empty and just crowds of customers on both sides, we ask the employee how does this work? Do we buy the items here and move over to the sides to pick up our orders? He responds: Do you have a mobile order? …Um no do we require one? He says then just go to the side and you’ll be able to order over there and fill your drinks and there’s a register over there. Okaaaaay we go to the side counter and order. But it’s not like a normal theater where they give you your ordered food items. They only serve you popcorn and then have to navigate in a small walkway with all of these people grouped in the area to pick out the rest of your items. So if you order nachos, hot dog, pretzels, etc you get them out of premade containers like a gas station. Also don’t fall for the combo scams. The combos sound great but they don’t advertise the prices of the combos so you order them out of convenience to be charged $40+ for each combo. Lastly most theaters have like 15 mins of previews, this theater has 25 minutes of previews.

I highly recommend you join the movie club. This is a great location because of the ample parking and many entry points. Rarely a line but I order tix on the app anyway. Obviously the concessions are expensive, but you get a discount with club membership.

They have you stand in a long cluttered line of patrons and serve yourself food instead of serving you from a counter like other theaters which takes away from the magic for me. This seemed messy and inefficient.
Otherwise, staff are very friendly!
