If I'm not mistaken, the young lady who assisted me during my visit is a new employee, and I can't recall her name. She was friendly, she asked a question supervisor when she wasn't certain, which is a good quality, and she was thorough. She's a great asset to the store.

Mohammed and Evelyn were so helpful!! I felt comfortable and respected negotiating the price of the items that I was selling. Mohammed even went the extra mile to help me out a bit more where he could. Thank you Evelyn for your wonderful customer service!

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and kind. They have alot of high quality jewelry there at really good prices. It's a good place to bring you unwanted items and you can use that money to put things on layaway too. They have helped me in my time of need. They will have a customer for life from me.

I just walked out after being ignored standing at the gun case with my ID and debit card in hand. I was ready to put the $2300 DP12 on layaway as I missed it the last time they had it in. Three workers in the store and I was the only customer. Another customer came in and both the girls helped him while neither even acknowledged me.

They lie about having to use cash and claim its a state law. I worked for a pawn shop so I know it's not. Don't use.

Lol this place is a joke do not go here. The employees told me it would be $100 to renew my loan and told me to come at 11am today. I go and the manager says it’s $231 to renew ???? So what is it your employees either like to lie or you don’t train them properly? His name is Rava . Also, I was looking at the firearms here and the same firearms for brand new were cheaper at a local gun shop than a used one here.

I've never been so insulted in my life. I've been doing business with cash America since 2014 as a customer & was employed by them from 2016-2017. I've never had any issues until now. the manager Mohammed was unreasonable and wasn't willing to work with me at all. I bought a chain in 2018 for $2,500. Today I went to go pawn the chain at the Puyallup location and the manager amber told me that it wasn't solid gold and it had metal in it. I made her aware that I had purchased this chain in 2018 from cash America in federal way and had pawned it there and got it out in 2020. amber then looked it up in the system and then called Mohammed the manager at the federal way location to let him know the situation. Mohammed then told amber to have me come by to pick up my refund of 2,550. I arrived at the federal way cash America and Mohammed started to help me. he weighed my chain and that checked out but then when he went to measure it he stated it didn't measure correctly. he then proceeded to help other customers around me while I stood there looking stupid. i then asked him how we could rectify the situation & he told me he couldn't help me with that. I then asked him if the camera footage goes back that far and he said no. then he stated unless I wanted to purchase something new he couldn't help me with anything. even with the receipt and all of the prior documentation in the computer he still wasn't willing to help me. I'm beyond disgusted. amber was amazing and went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that so id recommend going to the Cash America in Puyallup if want to be treated with dignity and respect. its sad to say that after doing business for years in federal way I will never go there again.
