“Nice location and I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Which was much appreciated because I've never been to a Brown Bear so I wasn't familiar with the process and they made me feel welcome and taken care of. I loved that the vacuums were free. I wasn't really impressed with the job the car wash machinery did - particularly for the cost. Lots of areas on the car body not washed very well.”

“My wife swears by JD for her Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with its alcantara throughout the seats and fit and finish. If he weren’t OCD, she would have eaten him alive with criticism unless he had rigorous processes in place. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also good at cleaning Ferraris.
So someone with extremely high standards approves of it. I think whoever’s reading this will be happy using the company.
This is Seattle and there are people who are impossible to please, but just use him. If you are looking for someone to clean a high-end vehicle, you’re eating up valuable time, which is money, looking around. You don’t need to waste any more time.”

“I run a fleet of 35 delivery trucks. I have been using Mr Truck Wash and must say they are the only wash company that I have ever used that does what they say they are going to. Its nice that I don’t have to think about my truck washing anymore and I can run my operations instead. These guys are great and the communication is Awesome! I for sure recommend if you have a fleet that needs to be cleaned and you want a reliable company.”

“This place has excellent customer service, we just were at another elephant wash nearby and went though the wash twice and no water turned on. They said no refunds to keep going through we left. Came here and they honored our receipt and gave free wash! Definitely go here instead with the touch less version not one that felt like it was scratching up our car and didn't wash. Thank you guys for your kindness!”

“I've been going to this car wash for almost 40 years in Federal Way, today I heard they want to tear it down and build a new one, which is fine, but I heard it won't be a full-service car wash anymore ? if that is the case I will not be back. And so will some of my friends will not go back. There are a lot of people here in Federal Way that can't vacuum and clean in their cars out especially older ones, always nice to go in there sit, and what is a vacuum and clean your car. But like I said if they do away with full service car wash there will be no reason for me to go back there anymore I can go to any of the Indian car washes which are cheaper. So I hope elephant take note we want the full service car wash back.”
