Bucky's was awesome to me today! They were able to get me in quickly to fix my washer fluid connection problem. When I went to pick up the car their computer was down, so the repair was free.

(This was close to the weekend when auto-shops are usually busy.) Our car stopped working and we couldn't figure out why. I called several shops to see who could get us in and run a diagnostics, so we could try to get our car fixed before my partner had work (he's off Friday/Saturday). When I called Bucky's, Dean let us get our car towed in early Saturday morning, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue with our car. They called us to pick up our car that same day. They did this in such a timely manner, I no longer had anxiety on whether we'd have to rent a car or pay huge amounts to fix our car. I highly recommend these guys for their amazing service.

I was in the area and thought I might have an exhaust leak and needed to make sure my car was safe before continuing on. I should mention I'm from out of town and had to be to the airport relatively quickly. After being turned away from multiple other local places without even a second thought these guys brought me in, ran a full detailed check on my exhaust and pointed at some things that might need fixing down the road but allayed my fears about a potentially dangerous leak. They then refused to even charge me, even though they'd put my car on a lift and had someone spend a decent amount of time checking it out.
As someone who spends a lot of time away from home I can say that even possibly minor car issues can be near catastrophic, and especially so when someone at the airport is relying on you (and is too far away to Uber, etc). These guys took care of me and I'm so thankful for that. I really appreciate it and highly recommend anyone in the area choose them over ANY of the local alternatives.

You know, how do you really know whether a shop is honest or affordable… And who drives around to save even five or 10%, I don't know about you, but I don't have a lot of time and I typically just walk in with Faith and trust!
Sometimes that leads to line and sinker tactics. But not here!
Bryson in the office and the entire team were knowledgeable and helpful. I drive a 1978 F350 so not your every day vehicle.
Sometimes things cost more than you expect. But the kindness of these fellows and the simple non-nonsense approach, was refreshing. Highly professional people and I'm coming back.

Amazing service every time. These guys know what they're doing and will do anything to help save on costs. We've been loyal customers for a while and they e always treated us right. They fix ONLY what is necessary and never try to push you for more than needed repairs. They do the job right and are always very friendly. I can't say enough how great they are

Dean is the person to take your corvette to have work done or looked over with scanner.tells you straight up if it needs replacing or good to go.doesnt try to sell or push unessary work or parts.nice to have a trusted mechanic these days.will always bring my car here an tell every corvette owner do the same.

The guys here are wonderful. I was having some funky problems with my engine (noticed it acting sluggish) and Jaedon pointed out a vacuum leak that I hadn’t noticed. Easy patch! The guys here were very friendly and worked to make sure I had a good experience.

Everytime my car has needed anything these guys have been there to help. It's hard to find service you can rely on and trust these days. This is your place. I am old fashion when it comes to places I shop and this is one of places where they remember you and take care of there customers weather first time or repeat. They do 5 star work. I can't say enough good things.

Called very well reviewed auto shop in Maple Valley, and was told they outsource exhaust work to Bucky’s. From the moment I called and spoke with Dean, to the time I left the shop, I was happy I made the jaunt. They replaced most of my exhaust system behind the headers with the exception of the muffler (which I had and was still good) for far less $$$ than I could have hoped for, and in record time. Straightforward, honest and down to Earth…Just what I’ve been looking for in a mechanic shop.
