Bryan made the process of buying my 2021 Subaru low-pressure and simple. He helped search the lot for cars that met my criteria, gave me the keys to check them out and then I was able to test drive alone to make my own decision. Offered a decent trade-in price, worked with me on outside financing. Fast service and experienced in all paperwork. Pleasant experience, would recommend.

After multiple bad experiences with dealerships while looking for a new car, my sister and I were initially extremely cautious when we showed up at this dealership. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the difference between this place and the others we had been to over the past couple of weeks. The typical patronizing and scamming treatment that usually accompanies being a first time buyer at a car dealership was thankfully absent. Alex, the car salesman that assisted us today, was extremely patient, professional, and helpful. If you’re tired of stereotypical dealerships and their ridiculous price gouging, I highly recommend stopping by Boyko Motors in Federal Way and asking for Alex! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the vehicle, the reasonableness of the price, and the outstanding customer service this dealership had to offer!

I bought an older Toyota truck here back in July. The truck was and still is everything I wanted. Probably the first time I’ve bought a vehicle from a used dealer without any problems or complaints. Bryan was my sales associate and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. My tags were in order within a month. My biggest worry was how the process of registration would go since I came from out of state. Bryan helped me with all my questions, and the truck has zero issues. Can’t really ask for much else!

Bought a White Dodge Durango 2015 everything was good when drove the car. We decided to buy it on that day at full price but the next day when we were driving the car the engine came on the dashboard. What a surprise ?. We took it to auto repair thinking there was a small thing to fix. The results of the check system that the auto repair did to the car was a shock to us it was $6000 to get it fixed. They recommend us to take it back to the dealer where we bought it. We did take it back. They said to fix it but had to take it to the check system again because maybe the auto repair wanted to replace things that weren't crucial and we left them the car. 20 days After that, they said there were some parts that needed to be fixed but nothing big and said that we had to pay half of the amount of money to get it fixed, we did pay. they said that the car was fixed we went back to pick it up and 30 minutes away from driving the car the engine light came again. Not sure if they took it to the check system or only tried to turn off the engine light on the dashboard because they didn't show us any proof.
We took the car again to the dealer the next day and asked them to please fix the car because we had paid a good amount of money. They gave their word to fix it. We left them for a few more days. A few days later they called and said that the car was fixed.
Three days after the engine light came again on the dashboard. We took the car again to the dealer. They said that the car needed to stay there for several months to get it fixed. We bought a car for our children to take them to school and pick them up. We were very desperate. They said that wait for the car to get fixed or replace it with another one and have no other option. But the car that they offered us is a 2013 and has more miles than the first one but almost at the same price and we didn't have more options because the other cars that they had at that moment were expensive for us. This wasn't fair for us because we lost a lot of money that we had saved for a good car and for our children's safety. What a headache. I don't wish to happen to anybody.

I want to state that I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I was looking at one of their cars and did take it for a test drive and I wouldn't recommend this business.
When I arrived, there appeared to only be one salesman working and he was with a client. So I took a seat in the lounge waiting area that is visible to the entire floor. I was fine with waiting. As I was waiting other staff came into the showroom and it appeared that there were a few other customers there that were in the process of being helped. So I waited more patiently. However, none of the staff acknowledged me and asked if I was being helped or made other staff members aware that I hadn't been checked on or was in line to be helped. After waiting for a while and observing several staff members now not with clients, on their computers and no one having acknowledged me, my husband actually wanted to leave due to the poor customer service. So then I approached one of the sales members at his desk and told him I had been waiting for a long time. He then told me that he could help me and proceeded with the usual process of identifying the car I wanted to test drive and bringing it around.
On the test drive there were error indicators going off and beeping. I can't recall what they were, but the salesman later explained them as related to the car battery. Without me knowing anything about the car battery issue before my test drive, I stopped on a side street and turned the car off to ensure that it started without a delay. To my utter surprise, the car would not start at all. It was entirely dead. I called the dealership and the salesman had to come out and jump the car for me so that I could drive it back which abruptly ended the test drive. Upon return was when the salesman told me that the car had been sitting on the lot for a while and was jumped earlier that morning. He said that he would replace the battery now that this had occurred more than once. That is when he explain the other error indicators were related to a low battery. It's interesting to me that he was already aware of this issue and neither disclosed it to me until it would not start for me nor did the dealership do anything about a known problem with the car until it was an issue for the customer. Strange. And that makes me feel not confident in their quality of product.
I asked the salesman for a car fax report on my way out to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I read the report I found that the car had previously been totaled by insurance for water damage and flooding. The car wasn't old enough that a minor issue would make an insurance company total it because the value of the car had depreciated so much. I doubt that any of the issues with this car were simply related to a dead battery that needed to be replaced after having read that report. All in all it makes me feel like the dealership is trying to hide things from their customers with a lack of transparency. I wouldn't recommend this business for your used car purchase.

Out of state buyers beware! I purchased a 911 GT3 from this group about 2 months ago. At first, customer service was great. Quick responses to my online inquiry about the car and all questions were answered promptly. We agreed on a price and funds were wired immediately. That’s where they eared the first star. After that, it’s been a complete and total nightmare dealing with this group. As of this post, I still don’t have tags or title. Typically they won’t respond within the same day as my email, call or text. Once I do reach them, there is always another step for them to complete the transaction. I don’t get the feeling I’m dealing with bad people, but rather poorly trained and mismanaged staff. Until the owner puts the time in to properly run a dealership selling exotics, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The aggravation of dealing with this group is not worth it. If you do decide to buy, I would recommend adding hard dates and liquidated damages to the contract for not meeting them.
