Been taking my dog here since I moved to Federal Way. The owner is great, other dog groomer not so much honestly… She can be rude at times and misses spots completely.5 Stars because the owner is fantastic at both customer service and grooming.

Awesome place we have been going to Susan the owner for 25 yrs for dog grooming and she is Awesome with our fur babies!! Bucky and Beaver luv her ?. Thanks for taking good care if them..
