I been shopping at this safeway for a year when my WIC card was not working I asked if they can type the number to the card in thier system as they said they did the previous day one of their workers did not type the card in and I could not finish shopping for my kids.I decided to go there again today I am pregnant and I asked to use thier bathroom and I was told it was not public anymore ,so they didn't let me use they restroom I could not make it to a different restroom which caused my bladder to leak on the way home. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS SAFEWAY EVER AGAIN , THEY ARE LOSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT
SHOPPED WITH THEM FOR A YEAR ! and the fruit spoil faster than other grocery stores especially the pomegranate.

Shout out to Kit. He assisted us with the liquor cabinet. I was indecisive but he was patient and understanding. It's service provided by people like Kit that will keep me coming back.

This is the absolute WORST store I have ever shopped at. Near my home and convenient but I've never seen customer service SO BAD! I suggest all the checkers get fired and they just start over with new employees. Absolutely NO manners! Please show some appreciation to your customers. Maybe a "How are you today" when you are the next in line or a "thank you" when you are leaving. Just unbelievable how rude these people are

The only reason the store is getting three stars is because of the customer service. I love the workers that are there they're very helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly. Safeway grocery overpriced.

This store every time I come There is a problem that they accuse someone of begging. But in the ones that are attentive there, they are always talking and do not pay attention until the machine rings, they go around blaming innocent people.

Five star review is for Mikey. He is always all smiles and very friendly. He remembers customers and always is ready to interact. Mikey is the star of the store.

Terrible staff!!!! Not allowed to use public restrooms, only for staff, ok then only this staff should spend money in this store if only staff can use restrooms!
