I would not recommend this dry cleaner business. This is the first time I've left a review for a dry cleaner service because it was so bad.My mother in law dropped off my wedding dress to be dry cleaned. My husband came by to pick up the wedding dress on Wednesday, he was told that the dress wasn't ready yet and to come back on Friday. I went over on Friday during my lunch break to pick up the dress and she said it wasn't ready yet and to come back on Saturday. I come back on Saturday to pick up the dress and she gives me $5 and says go grab a coffee next door, and come back in 30 minutes. So I get a coffee come back and finally was able to get my dress. It looked fine, but still had some small twigs at the bottom of it (had an outdoor wedding) so I'm not even sure if it was actually dry cleaned. I was charged $129 dollars for this, even with the 20% off special and the dress wasn't preserved just "dry cleaned".When I got home I realized the ribbon on the back of the dress for the corset was missing. We called the dry cleaners to see if they could find it but they could not. So now we have to buy a replacement ribbon which they agreed they would pay for.Overall I would say save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.Service: Wedding gown preservation

The lady owner is so nice. She has a very pleasant attitude. Very welcoming and caring. In addition, I have my "Safeway" sweater serviced once a month. Best Campus Cleaners always performs an outstanding job.

Only went once, had 35 items dry cleaned. Mostly shirts, pants and couple of jackets. Paid $265, told to pick them up in 5 days. Not satisfied with the work performance and bit pricey

Friendly people but terrible work. I brought 10 shirts in to be dry cleaned and pressed. All I really needed was for the shirts to be pressed but I was told it would be cheaper to have them dry cleaned AND pressed so I agreed. The shirts were all dry cleaned but none were pressed! $50 wasted! Leaving on a trip so I don't have time to take the shirts back. Never going back!

We have lived in the area for years and only recently switched cleaners when our old one shut down. We tried a couple others before landing at Best Campus Cleaners. They are the BEST cleaners I have every used, and we use the cleaners a lot on a weekly basis. They are always on-time, they do GREAT work, they are very nice and always ready to help in any way possible. We've also used them also for alternations and both items were done perfectly.
