All they care about is SALES! I was sold a laptop that is not what I was looking for and a membership that sucks! They said that I could use the GEEK SQUAD at no charge, but the turn over time is 6 days. I wish he would have told me when he sold me the laptop! He said it would take 20 minutes for the service that I wanted on my new laptop. I am a business owner and can not afford to be without a laptop! I tried calling to speak to a MANAGER and was NEVER able to. Who knows what country the call center is located at.

Just flat out terrible. I've had constant negative experiences with this Best Buy. One being during Covid when I was rudely told I couldn't enter even though there were customers inside. They just suck at customer service at this Best Buy and the layout is horrible. Compared to the Best Buy near the Tacoma Mall this one is cramped, the phones are always missing making the displays look ugly and its generally a unpleasant atmosphere.

First and foremost I wanted to do a return for the Bose ear buds and I had closed the account that I purchased it with and the cashier told me that I would have to file a dispute with my bank to get money back. Second the supervisor told me the same thing and said it was my problem why I closed my account, third I spoke to Lars the General Manager and when I told him the same thing he told me it was my problem that I closed my bank and would be given a store credit. Why would I want a store credit when I have my receipt and the item and paid with a debit card? Then Lars called security to take me out! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE HERE.

Agnes is an OVER AND ABOVE ADVISOR ??. She attended me today and just when I was beginning to feel very stressed and disappointed for not finding the right laptop, she came in and trust me, shes an advisor for a reason. I saw creat customer service in her, a whole lot of commitment to making sure I don’t leave there as frustrated as she found me just like that, I got an almost tailor made gadgets I needed.She gave me great options, told me the difference and that helped me to eventually get myself the right laptop.THANK YOU Agness ?Anyone going to Best Buy Federal way, Agnes is your person if you need any assistance. I also took a pic of her badge so I can attach my review with her exact details. I insisted and wouldn’t take NO for an answer.

Internet ad said one thing. Went to go buy and it was $30 more. Ask for manager. Should him and he said nothing I could do. Bate and switch. Be sure you getting right price before swiping the credit card.
