There is a black dude that didn't know what he was doing so I had to wait the next day for the manager to fix my screen of the (glitching) so the manager fixed the glitching only for a period of time now it's worse SMH

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I TOOK MY ELDERLY DISABLED FRIEND DOWN HERE BECAUSE HE HAD PAYED TO HAVE NEW BATTERIES PUT INTO HIS MOBILITY SCOOTER AND THE YOUNG KID WHO DID IT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING HE PUT DIFFERENT SIZE BOLTS IN EACH ONE OF THE BATTERY TERMINALS THAT HOLD THE CABLE TO THE BATTERY ITSELF AND HE DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN PROPERLY HE CROSS THREADED EACH ONE OF THE BOLTS AND STRIPPED THE HOLES THAT THEY WENT IN AND AS A RESULT MY FRIEND WAS STRANDED ON A SIDEWALK DOWN TOWN WHEN HIS SCOOTER SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING, IMAGINE HOW AWFUL THAT WOULD BE FOR SOMEONE WHO CANT WALK TO BE HELPLESS AND BROKE DOWN WITH NO HELP. AND WHEN WE WENT BACK TODAY SOMEONE ELSE WAS WAS WORKING AND THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND WOULDN'T HELP EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RECEIPT AND PROOF OF THE POOR SERVICE AND THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BY THE TECHNICIAN, THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS WORKING WAS SO OUT OF LINE AND DISRESPECTFUL WE HAD TO CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THWY ARE DOING AND TREAT THE DISABLED ELDERLY HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE.

I neeed new batteries for my RV. Brian in Federal Way Wa was so helpful and installed them. he was very knowledgeable and friendly and wants to help people. I have also had my iPhone charging port clean there twice and they solved my problems quickly.

The facility is clean and inviting. Customer Service was welcoming, professional and prompt. I brought in 2 iPhones to replace their batteries. They did a wonderful job and in the appointed time. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. Went in to fix my phone because it wasn’t charging. Thought it was gonna be major money, turned out i just needed the port cleaned. Bryan and Eddie were very really helpful and honest. Don’t see that often these days. Still bought a battery for my home alarm because i needed one and they had what i needed so all in all a win in my book. Especially since i just had a photo of the battery and they found a better one for the same price, so i got 2.? Something called amp hours or other. Just glad they had it. Thanks guys. I’ll be back to see you about car keys.?✌️

Best price in town for my group 27 truck battery , easy transaction on the website, in stock at local store and in and out within 5 minutes. The big box store no longer carries, no great help in the other big store and the 2 auto stores price would have been $50 more.

Employees will refer you to a locksmith that will try to commit insurance fraud through using your road side assistance to pay for half of the key programming. I went to Batteries plus in south hill and they were able to do what I wanted done for $80. I’m assuming the employees get a kick back from the locksmith they refer you to since the locksmith asked who referred me to them. Sad this store lost revenue from an employee they employ trying to make a few buck on the side.

I went to my screen repair appointment and while I dropped off my phone I asked Bryan of he could see why my key fob to my car didn't work, he went out of his way to take it apart to see what was wrong. When he passed it back to me and told me to go outside and try locking my car with the buttons, and I realized it was working I ran over to him and gave him a hug since i was so happy he fixed it, since I was quoted $400 by the dealership to even look at my key fob and all it was was a 2 second fix and if it was for Bryan taking 2 min of his time to check it I wouldn't have a working key for my car. Not only my key fob he fixed but he fixed my broken phone with in 1 hour. If you go to this store ask for Bryan to help you. If his boss is reading this, offer Bryan a raise cuz you have a great employee working for you!!!¡!!!
