I was shopping earlier today I was in the store for over 30 minutes I was shopping for my mom Kayle was the first to actually walk up to me and help me find what I was looking for I've never been in a bath and body works but her customer service was great give her a raise ya'll

Liked going to place until today. Thanks to Jen your cashier. I walked in to pick up 2 orders. Saw 2 lines so I get behind this lady not knowing there was a designated area to wait in line. (You do have a large display that does block customers from seeing your line situation) anyways. So instead of saying anything Ms. Jen here stares at me and stares at me and doesn't say anything. I peaked around to look at my kids as they were looking at a display while I was waiting in line. And she calls the other customer forward. She finishes with her and calls me up I give her my info and she brings me back my order. Says here you go have a great day. I said "really?" And proceeded to look threw my order to make sure everything was there.Customer service is key people. It's what makes or breaks a customers experience. JEN clearly should have went over my orders with me instead of me doing them myself. so I will no longer do business with this store. Thanks to Jens lack of customer service skills politeness.

I was happy to see a Bath & Body Works while at the Commons in Federal Way. I knew they were having a $3.95 lotion sale, so I couldn't pass it up. I have been an avid B &BW for ages. They have the best products! I always get compliments on my lotion and although I am sensitive to a lot of scents, I don't seem to get headaches from their products. The associates at this particular location were very helpful and friendly. They weren't pushy (thank you!) and I was quite pleased.

when i entered this store i was greeted by a friendly employee. it says this store is in the commons mall but it isn’t. it’s actually separated from the mall and not connected.

Maybe update the hours? I don't know, says they close at 7PM, I showed up at 6:10PM hoping at least they'll still be open for a few more mins and the door was locked. Lady stocking just looked at me and turned back to stocking without saying anything. Rude I would say.
