“I love WAFD. It shocks me every time I walk in and they call me by name I’ve banked with Tapco credit Union for Over 30 years. They asked me for ID when I was making a deposit.!
More importantly they’ve got great rates, high interest yields, have always been very professional and responsive to my needs. Lately I’ve had to make a series of overseas wires Which takes a lot of personal time from their representative. I feel like I’m a burden, but they have never treated me that way. I also love their online banking app. Very easy to use. Washington Federal thank you for what you do. I’m very glad you’re my bank.”

“This is a review of the mortgage division, in particular, Kameron Wagar. Absolute rock star service with a somewhat complicated sale. Kameron referred me to an insurance person when our insurance company clammed up. We previously had a mortgage with them and regretted leaving. Thankful to be back with them for our vacation home!”
“My wife and I went to Bank of Hope to look into getting a CD. Upon entering I saw a smiling guard who welcomed me to Bank of Hope. I immediately felt safer and felt welcomed. Federal Way has such an incredibly high crime rate an armed guard is a wonderful sight to see. I spoke to the guard and he assured me that Bank of Hope was one of the safest locations in the city of Federal Way. He also brought me to the proper bank person to assist me and my wife with opening a CD. He then asked if he could assist me with anything else as I waited for the Bank of Hope staff to assist me. I was assisted by a female staff member and she was a real pro. Very knowledgeable. This gave me an immediate good impression about Bank of Hope and its staff. My whole experience with Bank of Hope was great. I may move all my accounts to Bank of Hope in the future. When I went to leave the guard told my wife and I to have a wonderful day and opened the door for us. Such a positive experience I wish more businesses were like this.”

I arrived for my appointment today to open an account, and every staff member was warm, friendly and respectful. I must make a special shout out to the banker that assisted me, Regina. She was efficient, yet personable, and not annoyed by small talk. She was genuinely interested in me as a person, willing to listen and make appropriate recommendations based on my situation (which I was only to happy to follow).
