My wife and I went to Bank of Hope to look into getting a CD. Upon entering I saw a smiling guard who welcomed me to Bank of Hope. I immediately felt safer and felt welcomed. Federal Way has such an incredibly high crime rate an armed guard is a wonderful sight to see. I spoke to the guard and he assured me that Bank of Hope was one of the safest locations in the city of Federal Way. He also brought me to the proper bank person to assist me and my wife with opening a CD. He then asked if he could assist me with anything else as I waited for the Bank of Hope staff to assist me. I was assisted by a female staff member and she was a real pro. Very knowledgeable. This gave me an immediate good impression about Bank of Hope and its staff. My whole experience with Bank of Hope was great. I may move all my accounts to Bank of Hope in the future. When I went to leave the guard told my wife and I to have a wonderful day and opened the door for us. Such a positive experience I wish more businesses were like this.

Fast and courteous service. The employees do their jobs efficiently and explain all information with ease. There is an atmosphere of friendliness that is hard to see in other banks. It is always a pleasure to come here.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. The banks are extremely rude. No help outside of their business hours (good luck getting cash out in a time of need anytime past 8PM). I will be leaving them shortly .

The front desk ladies had absolutely no clue how to cash a check that was made FROM THEIR OWN BANK. They gave me some bs reason as to why they couldn't cash my check (said the signature from the check writer was printed therefore I couldn't take my money out) . Thanks for wasting my time, I went straight to the nearest bank of America and in one minute I was able to recieve my money for the check.
