I come here many times. The previous employees provided very good service. I came today. I want to open 2 accounts. and create 2 more CDs. The bank is empty. The manager is a new person. My family and I came and waited for about 10 minutes. Quang manager walked by and didn't have a question. There aren't any employees who care about customers. They pass by and don't care. The bank is empty. I sat and waited and we left. I went to the bank opposite. and create a new account for my family. But today's new employee did a very bad job

Not enough for the employees.
Always busy this location.
Not open on Saturday also they closed at 4 pm on weekdays too.
Can't go there after work :(

The bank doesn’t have new bills, its one of the biggest bank in America, its unbelievable, they can not provide new bills for thier customers,

Why does a bank, where the only reason to exist is to provide a service to their depositors, only open during normal business hours and is not open on the weekend? This bank is only open during the time I work...very inconvenient. May have to take my business somewhere more flexible.

I went to an atm location to deposit money and my card and money was swallowed by the machine. I stayed there for over 30 minutes to see if my card and money would come out and it didn’t. I tried to call the customer service number but it wouldn’t work.

They misplace my cash deposit in atm. Took BOA 10 business days to return my funds. Middle of the holiday.

My husband has cashed his check here every week for the past 3 weeks using a temporary paper identification from the Department of licensing, paired with his expired driver's license without a problem. He went there today with the same two forms of ID, and after waiting in line for 45 minutes, the teller refused to cash his check. The bank manager came over to the teller and my husband, and didn't correct the tellers mistake. The paper identification says right on it that it is a valid form of Washington State ID when paired with the expired driver's license. Clearly the teller nor the manager at the Federal Way location knows what they are doing. My husband went to different Bank of America immediately after and had no issue cashing his check.

Terrible, horrible service again and again by the same person, Andrey.I am shocked that he is the manager of the branch and he hasn't been fired yet.No wonder they have 2.5 star review!!!I have been BOA customer over 10 years but because of him, I will switch my bank.Please BOA, he should not be in that position. He has no customer service skills nor knowledgeable.Please fire him!

Only giving this place 5 stars because of Tu. She was amazing. The computer shut down today while she was helping me and she was so kind and apologetic for the mishap. This bank is lucky to have her. Excellent customer service. Thank you Tu?

Asked for help with payment through zelle and didn't get helped. They just gave me zelle phone number. "We can not help you ... online banking is another department.." Seriously?

Bank of America was a great bank. But not anymore.The VP of Financial Services at the 320th Fed Way branch is RUDE and on a huge ego power trip. Has ZERO people skills. Dresses more like she's going to a soccer game. She was yelling at a customer. We didn't need to know info about that customer's account. But we learned lots of info about it because she was yelling her answers to customer's questions. Some people lead when they are given a great position. Others abuse their authority. That's what that manager did. Abuse it.BOA can do better. MUCH BETTER. But we won't be around to see that.Our group decided to leave BOA based on what that VPFS did. Our banking info is clearly not safe with her in charge!

I've a funny feeling that Bank of America is going to only be accessible on line only in the near future....they have completely closed 3 branches that i know of in the last few years....i will be moving to a bank where I can see and talk to real people.
