This is the worst branch Bank of America has. They have a lot of people who working this location but you have to wait very long time to do little thing. The manager/ supervisor is unprofessional. They don’t want talk to you or ask any questions and , they don’t even answer any questions. They west my time please don’t go this location.

Rude unprofessional employee I wish I knew his name . No eye contact no please just no empathy! Well customers have lots of choices ! Keep behaving this way and keep losing customers to other banks . In my case it was Chase …opened 2 new accounts and got a credit card !

Just wanted to reset the PIN on my debit card, they told me it was a one week wait while they just STOOD THERE, I asked to wait and they said they would only help me if someone doesnt show up for an appointment.
