Car was there when I arrived. Got a great deal on 2 wk rental. Staff is great@this location (FedWay) not all locations care like this location. I'd always used Enterprise as long as I'm close enough to this location I will return should I need another rental

Convenient location and friendly staff. No need to go to SeaTac if you don't have to. Reserved a car on the Avis app and pick up was quick with no waiting. Vehicle selection is not as large as the airport location but they'll upgrade you to another class without charge. Alaysha was cheerful and helpful at pick up and so was Regina when I dropped off. I will definitely rent again from here in the future.

I rented a car through Uber app to drive on Uber of course. Unfortunately the car did not qualify for picking up passengers.?Uber said car was past due for inspection. I was going to do deliveries and try to return it the following day. Unfortunately it got a flat tire and went back same day. Despite calling them to cancel contract on several occasions they have charged my card over $500.00 dollars. This company is completely garbage. All this hassle for a car that didn't run on the app. Beware of this company. My sister works for the Attorney General and I will file a complaint. This is something law enforcement needs to look into.

Rental was amazing but the issue is they’re never open they close out of nowhere with no warning. No one is there to drop off or pickup at times honestly a little overwhelming. They have certain hours posted but it’s open when they feel like it. At least when the woman is there I’ve never had an issue when the man was there.

Great customer service experience from start to finish. I booked my car reservation a few months prior to my trip. Then the itinerary changed, so I called to add an extra day to my booking. Alaysha, who answered the phone was so kind, professional, and helpful. She even helped me find a better rate than the one I had previously secured. I appreciated the extra attention. Thank you Alaysha.

They let us to book it online but they didn’t have a car and instead of apologizing they simply said check it other locations.

The first car was so dirty, I couldn't see out of the windshield. Asked for another car and there was old food in a couple cubbies.

Just left the location without coming to an agreement. Reserved a compact car but they informed me that they had already rented it. I could rent another car from their lot but it would cost me additional money. The reasoning was that I was there at 2pm instead of 12, shown on the reservation. There was no attempt to contact me or let me know there would be an additional charge or that my car was no longer available. This is a poor business practice and will not attempt to rent from Avis in the future.

Scam! They are stealing money from my credit card! They overcharged me and just made an unauthorized charge to my card! They maxed out my credit card. Will not answer the phone! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Came by to add an additional driver to our rental. It's a small office site but they quickly got the additional driver added, and answered our questions. They even checked if i was eligible for a corporate discount, which was nice.
