Staff helped me alot today with getting the right parts for my truck even after I first insisted on the wrong parts. Kathy (I think that was her name) went above and beyond with customer service and called over and got a part from another store on the same day.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years. I was greeted by one of the workers and he helped me look for a part that wasn’t available at another store. The transaction was quick and easy. He portrayed awesome customer service. This place never lets me down when looking for parts. Thank you Chet for your help and for displaying great customer service. This guy deserves a raise!

I came in for a new tail light bulb, and the employees greeted me in a friendly manner. I had brought in the bulb and an employee took me right away to the bulb section and handed me the bulb I needed. I was impressed.

We pulled into Auto Zone as I could not get a interior light to go off ,we were at out wits end trying to figure it out and Harley came out in the rain and immediately took care of our not knowing the button that one pushes for a child door was on.I give a huge shout out for a very nice young man that came to our rescue.Linda and Maynard

Won't help you outside with a check engine light after 5pm for their personal safety, your open until 10pm!I am not local, this must be a very unsafe location to be unfortunately for me that is not helpful.

They are always nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Stopped by to pick up new wiper blades on a rainy day and the guy who helped me even offered multiple times to change them out for me. Super nice offer, but I was on a time crunch. (Good selection of high-quality wiper blades too.)
