Worst autozone. When we arrived we asked the two love bird for help guess they were to wrapped up in each other to attend customer. Very unprofessional you got a working touching another while you got customers just waiting and watching them. In the whole store they had 4 workers. So we went to ask another one and he turned out worse very arrogant said he would help us they the went to go “hide” in the back. On our way out we could see him on his phone guys name is Grabiel. Thanks for nothing.
Out of the 4 only one work actually seemed to be doing his job.
If I were in charge 3 would be fired for not doing their work.
Just clarifying the product sold here is fine problem is the workers.

Late night visit before closing and I needed to replace 2 large 70lb automotive batteries and pick up filters etc. For some reason everyone in area decided they needed to get something too and the locations 2 staff members were quickly overwhelmed; to top it off the incessant audible reminder for them to go pick stock for an online order sounded from the PA.
15min till closing 12people in line I’m 2 people back and one of the employees sees me struggling to carry the new batteries and asks if I have old batteries to return for core. I said yes in my car so he comes out and loads the new batteries and my other purchases onto an empty counter station and immediately runs to the back to grab me a battery cart so I could go load up the old ones while they assisted other customers (he actually offered to grab them for me but i’m not so hurt that I can’t manage with a cart).
After I returned he had just finished with the customer who had been in front of me and promptly ran over and took care of lifting the old batteries for me. After scanning my purchase he asked if I knew about a sale that had been going on? I said no, and he informed me that since I was already buying a 3yr warranty battery, If i bought a second instead of the economy value I chose the final price would be nearly identical after sale/rebate.
It just goes to show that employees truly are the representatives of a company. Even when under pressure to close soon and a line of impatient people an employee still was attentive to a struggling customer and efficiently handled the situation so as not to hold up the line or a workstation with scanned orders while someone had go run out and grab battery cores.
It’s employees like this which give me hope that regardless of race/origin or the color of skin there are people in our community that will go above and beyond what is asked or expected of them(in a professional setting) to assist someone who is physically struggling. This kind act has insured I will shop from this store exclusively, convenience with Amazon is nice but you can’t put a price on human kindness/compassion.

Called multiple stores for an emergency car part, was told by 2 stores that a part would be here. Both the cashier and one other girl were unable to find the part despite it being in the system and more expensive than we were quoted from multiple other stores. Spent multiple minutes talking to each other while multiple people needed help Then we're offered to ship it to the store despite telling the cashier it was an emergency and no availability for the day in the system either. Why tf is it in your inventory and your unable to find it.

This place saved me from a desperate situation today. The staff were willing to help with a lot of information and options with my headlight. Elliotte was extremely helpful. He was swift with helping replace them . Kudos! I appreciate it. I definitely recommend ?
