They are quick , kind & she always remembers my name. I never have any problems & I have never once waited for a perscription or stood in line. This is so much better than the bigger pharmacies- I love it. Great pharmacy!

My mom went to get her Covid-19 vaccine that she scheduled online several days ago. She went on time, but was turned away because they had given out all of their vaccines. I called to ask why, and they said it was an issue with their system, and that it sometimes happens. My mom needs to take a ferry to get to the appointment in order for her insurance to cover it. This makes the trip to the pharmacy more difficult and expensive, particularly for an older person with an autoimmune disease.I would have hoped they offered to help reschedule her for the next available appointment rather than telling her to do it.I would rely on a different location for your elderly loved ones <3

In the 15 years I've been using pharmacies, this is hands down the best one. Heidi remembers my name, face, prescriptions, and that I don't want a bag with my order. She calls me immediately anytime there is a question or when my prescription is ready. Any questions I have are answered in detail and with concise knowledge and empathy.The facility is clean and organized and the customer service is professional.Thank you, Heidi! ?
