Not so good experience. I really wanted to support local businesses since each Ace store is independently owned and operated. However, my experience here was not so delightful. I placed an order on July 1, I selected a delivery date for July 11 to accommodate my schedule since an adult is required to be present for the delivery. I received a missed call at noon on July 11 and a voicemail stating my expected delivery will be 2pm. I called the store at 5pm and was told the manager is out for the day and will return tomorrow and my Weber grill will be delivered tomorrow (July 12). I called the next morning and was told by the employee that his manager attempted to call me yesterday and since I didn’t answer or call back, he didn’t deliver my item and now that he is gone for the day, he doesn’t know when I will get my item. To put the blame back on me because I didn’t answer my phone is unacceptable. The voicemail I received never requested a return call. It stated my estimated delivery time would be 2pm.

Needless to say, I canceled my order which was supposed to be a birthday present for husband. I will not be doing business with this particular ACE anymore.

For a small hardware store it has a lot of items. It close to our home. The employees sure could teach Home Depot how to treat customers. Keep up the good work.

The very helpful and friendly staff helped me get my son’s sandbox prepped and filled with sand. I had to come back a second time for more sand and they helped bring the sand to my car. Every time we come here the staff is so friendly and makes it such an easy experience.

Nice and helpful staff. I was looking to buy a Stihl weed-wacker. I searched on-line and found it at an Ace Hardware on the north side of Federal Way. I drove there, but the store was closed and went out of business. upset and driving back home, I saw this store sign and went in.... The staff was extremely helpful. They do not sell what I wanted, but directed me to a competitor that carried the product. This is why in the future, I'll go here for my hardware needs. The neighborhood Ace understand their customer, and works very hard to make us happy.
