I got to give it up to Gary over here at Ernie's Federal truck stop. I was in the Tacoma area, trying to find a place to park and for the very first time in my life, I struck out three times in a row.I noticed this place on my GPS map, and called. A gentleman named Gary answered the phone, and told me there was one spot left that I could park at. I was only 2.3 miles away so I booked it on over.I got parked, went in and paid my fee. This guy was so jovial, well mannered, and accommodating, if there was more Gary's in the world, it would be so much better. Not just for the way he accommodated me, but some woman came in and asked to use the restroom. He told her "well the restroom are only for customers, but I guess I can give you a key, but if you pee on the floor, it will be the last time!" It was nice for him to be able to joke with a total stranger, and for her to be receptive to it and laugh at it. His customer service skills are spot on.The place is under construction, so their hours are only 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 I went back in there to ask if I could purchase a shower, and good ole Gary pulled through again!He walks around happy, whistling, and just a great attitude. It's not the best part of town, but the amenities are perfect, and for what it was, it was also absolutely perfect. I'll keep this place in mind next time I'm in that area, but if you ever end up in that area, stop in and at least say hi! Thank you guys for everything you did for me that night!!!!

I lose a lot of respect for any gas station that has a 10 cent per gallon cheaper price If you pay cash. If they are paying 10% on their credit card fees, Then they clearly are terrible at business and don't know what the hell they're doing.Especially if your store closes where you can use cash at a very early time period. I know that losing my business will not hurt them but they will never see it.

Stopped in for a late night snack while passing through town after a trip.Store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful in deciding on what to eat since I was so tired.

If they are paying 10% on their credit card fees, Then they clearly are terrible at business and don't know what the hell they're doing.Especially if your store closes where you can use cash at a very early time period. I know that losing my business will not hurt them but they will never see it.

Nice lil spot if it’s last resort. Only 3 paid parking($25) for truckers or fuel purchase. Can park one hour for free.

I didn't get gas here, I was just doing a reset. It was clean, staff was friendly. Food was good, fresh and tasty.Only 1 bathroom with 2 showers and showers don't have a toilet. Luckily they didn't have a large parking lot either.

Well it is convenient it's right on my way home from work although if you go in the middle of the night most of the time the doors locked from time to time in the middle of night for no real reason other than maybe Corona or safety I don't know that's been inconvenient at times

Would be zero stars, but had to give at least one to write a review passed a lot of gas stations on my way to go to this specific gas station cuz I liked it pulled up it was about almost 2:00 in the morning the girl was outside smoking and stated that they were closed even though all the lights were on it was very bright they didn't look close but she would not go inside for me to pay for my gas so I could get some so I had to go to a different gas station and give them my business I don't know that I will be going out of my way to stop at this gas station ever again probably not.
