Dude charged us 15.92 for one cheese pizza. Couldn't explain to me why it was so much and didn't seem to care he'd overcharged. Not sure he even knows what hes doing behind the register..

Short beard cashier who works at night shift makes me wanna not to visit this place no more. Rude attitude as all ways toward customers for no reasone. And please don't reply with same comments, I'm never gonna visit your bitly- blah blah. TRAIN YOU AND YOUR STAFF BETTER.

It’s currently 5:45 AM on a Thursday and the store is closed. It says open on the website and everywhere else. Please have the courtesy of giving customers accurate information on your hours.

The night shift staff are completely rude and disrespectful! My daughter always wears a mask as it makes her feel comfortable with her anxiety and the guys tonight that worked there not only followed her but also told her to remove her mask!!! She did and they still followed her and when she went up to pay the completely insulted her best belive I will be up there in the morning because Jesse who works morning shift knows me and has always been respectful to my family so I know he can help get me in touch with the owner!

i've been here so often for last couple of years and staffs are rude all the time. These staffs are so ready to rip you off by faking discount prices so be aware of it.

I been coming to this store for 2 years now . Never had much of problem. Until they RECENTLY got this new worker . On this particular day I came into this store before I had to go to work . I work EARLY mornings and I came in to get an iced coffee they guy at the counter kept assisting that I give him my number .. I kept saying no thanks I’m in a relationship..he said I’ll give you the coffee for free if you just come outside with me just to talk .. although I kept saying no he followed me out there anyways & asked if we could go behind the store where there were no cameras I proceeded to walk the other direction to go to work .. unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location until they fire him

Avoid this store at all cost! I bought an Icee Blue Raspberry and they charged my card 47.33! The cashier didn’t give me a receipt! What a scam!Update:No wonder I got charged $47.33! They charged me for a BEER!No other description other than beer! They didn't check my ID But they Manually put 20 in visual age verification. LOL.If I really bought that unknown beer, they would have written my real age. Such a fool.Will never come back to this store!Lesson learned: Don't ever trust 7eleven cashier in federal way. They are a scam! Always ask for a receipt.

The outside and inside of the store was dirty and gross. The staff wasn't friendly, and I didn't feel safe. I got out of there as soon as I could. I will never return.

Staff is always helpful and friendly however I’ve gotten in arguments with customers cause they want to stand close to you and not wear masks. This place is NOT 24 hours . I believe they close at midnight. I just called and asked and they said in 5 minutes . It’s only 11:46 . So I’m assuming they meant midnight
