One of the worst place is like hell the way they behave and the way they talk to the customer not even rude way is like they own you okay I was waiting them outside like 4 hours complete to the point that they said we closing it’s 5:00pm and if you wanna get your vehicle is gonna be the double the price they told me you have to pay cash of $710 o though there’s only 12 hours between the time they took my and the time I wanted to get my vehicle they told me not credit card and no debit card okay when I got inside and try to pay then the money they have a pepper notice that saying after hours from 5:pm to 7:am in the morning there’s no cash except debit or credit here is the notice this is the people you deal with it they are like animal they are not even human

This towing company is so expensive! My car was towed and charged me $450 for not less than 3 hours from when it was towed. And the lady I spoke to was so unprofessional. She said when you come to pick up your car make sure you pay CASH or CARD must be under your name not your boyfriend's card. I hope that people they towed put their bad experience here too so that this establishment will shut down soon.

My car was recovered after being stolen and was towed here. I was a little worried before I got there from reading the reviews, but my experience was very pleasant. The workers were all polite and helpful. I have a feeling like those who had bad experiences either went in there with a bad attitude or were upset about their car being at the lot.

I get that the people in the office didn’t tow the cars but they can watch their attitude. The “lady’s” are beyond rude and have a disgusting attitude for people who are just trying to pay and get their car. The side comments they make are the reason why they have something coming to them. They’re probably as miserable as how they look??♀️ it’s crazy how the people who tows the car are waaaay more nice than the shreks who work in the office.

The most disrespectful experience in my entire life. They are super unprofessional and last time they wouldn’t give me my car when i had the money and all the credentials, that i had to call the police to receive my car back. The 2 ladies working there are rude and even cussed at us a couple times.

I don’t know how this business is still operating. This place is the definition of a scam. They towed my father’s car for no reason at all and when we went to go pay for it the lady started to make up a bunch of policy’s that weren’t real. She told us it cost $740 to get it out, mind you the place they towed it from was less than a mile away and we arrived less than 12 hours from when it was towed. She then went on to tell us that paperwork we needed to get the vehicle out takes more than 2 weeks to get. Which is about $3000 in fees. When I asked more questions about the company’s policies she closed the gate in my face and walked back into the building. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. This establishment needs to be closed down immediately!

The manager was rude and refused to tow an unauthorized vehicle. I tried to ask a simple question and she said I was being aggressive. I assured her that I was asking why they can’t tow the vehicle. She was rude and I’m sure she wasn’t a manager. When I asked for someone above her in authority and told me she is the only one there with authority. Lady was rude and unhelpful. Asked what time their office opens and she says it’s closed but it’s 24/7. If you need help. Don’t call this place. Especially if the “manager” answers. You will certainly not get helpService: Car towing
