Shipped my package back to my house instead of where it was supposed to go, then after I took it back here they claimed they couldn’t take it because it had to be UPS, despite the fact that they took it last time and shipped it to the wrong place. The blonde girl also gave a little attitude when I asked questions trying to find out why they couldn’t take it.

They lie they lie about being unable to drop off your package. When it was never on their truck to begin with. then they say it's been delivered but back at the post office. Then they will give it to whom ever lives in the house your package even though it doesn't say their name on it. I wish we had a say in who handles our mail cuz they suck ?Another thing I love it how they tell you, you have a package there at 11:30 but they close on Saturday at 11:00 and for the most part they don't deliver any mail in town so I'm forced to use them and their p.o. boxes. Then they hold on to my packages because they don't deliver mail to my house cuz I live in town and won't put it in my p.o. box cuz the address is different. So it's all over a problem. I could change all my mailing address to my PO box but then sometimes they use FedEx so FedEx will drop it off there and they'll hold on to because sometimes they're too big to fit in the their package boxes

Terrible service, employee gave additude, just cause I came to pick up a delivery mail cause the driver was to lazy to do his job.

Always receive friendly, helpful service. This is the only location I will visit for my postal needs. The staff is always willing to help me find the most efficient way to ship my parcels. Can't say enough good things about them.

Operational hours significantly reduced to being nearly impossible for the average working person to interface with staff. Packages the size of a small shoe box are routinely held in captivity at this facility.

We travel regularly to this area, and have picked up several general delivery packages here. The service has always been quick and friendly. On one occasion a package did not arrive here. According to the tracking, it was last in the Issaqua post office. We went there to investigate. After waiting in a very long line, we were told that they had no idea what happened to our package. I've had two other occasions to visit the Issaqua post office and the line there has always been very long and slow moving.I see the reviews for the Fall City post office are over a year old, perhaps this indicates improvement. Maybe those who are dissatisfied should visit the Issaqua post office and maybe gain an appreciation for what they have here in Fall City.

Seems like they pick and choose what they want to deliver. I don't pay for delivery so I can pick things up at the post office that of course is closed at convenient pickup hours. Quit being lazy and delivery the packages.

Love this little post office. They’ve even posted their busier hours for those who can go during different times. They’re open for package pick up on Saturday mornings until 11 which makes it easy for me to run pick up my Amazon boxes.

This place is horrible, I've worked in hospitality for decades and I'm at the lack of help in this establishment. They don't deliver packages they send them back. Also if you have a package there they tell you to come back later! postmaster you need to do something about this situation

the worst!! refuse to deliver packages if there's more that on car in the driveway if they can't fit in the box. god forbid they actually have to get out or the mail truck. laziest bunch of employees who couldn't care less...

Very small, poor location, slow service. Was there the other day with a line of five people and only one person helping, is there even more than one person here at a time? I've filed the same paperwork with them three times to have packages left at my mailbox, they won't do it, they want a garbage can or "tote" with USPS written on it and hidden (???) for packages, but when we left bins out they still didn't leave packages. They don't even attempt to deliver packages, just leave an empty note that they missed us despite not ringing or even attempting to contact us. The older man who works there is very nice but this doesn't make up for the slow service and abysmal mail delivery.
