Saw other reviews, and we have never had poor service here on base. I guess we come at the right time, but very rarely have a line, even when only a couple work here. Get in and out no problem. Have several accounts with them, we love them.

When a person dies, no one should have to take over their payments. My mom VOLUNTEERED to repay my dad's loan...she does not have to, by law. Then you charge he $13 when she repays more than minimum payment and another $10 when she has to call to make the payment. Your people do not understand that she is legally blind and has no computer. Usually credit unions are better and more understanding. Never had a late payment with them and I traded in my car over the weekend. Was told I have late fees now and that I will continue to until they receive payment. So I remembered I had gap with them and asked if I could get a refund of that towards my loan to help with the fees. I have worked with a lot of credit unions and I have never been treated like this. The receptionist and lending officer literally were arguing with me. I was telling them exactly what was told to me when I refinanced with them. I purchased both gap and warranty with them, I was told both were refundable until length of loan or until warranty ran out. Was told that there’s no way to prove that was said. Honestly did not expect that from them. Funny because on hold all you hear is how they think they’re so much better than other credit unions, yeah no. Would not recommend.
