We had a great experience today in Pediatrics. The behavioral specialist from Madigan was very attentive to our needs and listened to all our concerns. We knocked out 2 back to back appts for our kiddos. Thanks!

Don't answer call when activating medication

Terrible service. When you come in, you scan your ID and this console which gives you a ticket. You then sit around sometimes nearly an hour waiting for your number to get called. When your number is finally called you find out that this is just to “activate” your meds. You now have to wait around for them to fill it. Which again takes forever. From my experience; at least Walmart starts filling your meds when they receive your prescription instead of waiting for your to “activate” it. I don’t understand how leadership can look at this pharmacy and be proud of the product they put out.

Awful. Their automated refill system is broken, it will not let me refill my meds until a specific date, and when I call back on that date it still will not let me refill. Wouldn't let me refill days after the date has passed, and this has happened on three separate occasions. Good luck getting a pharmacy staff member to help you as well, calling goes straight to voicemail, and you cannot leave a message. I am having immense trouble getting someone to pick up the phone to help me refill my meds. Last time I managed to get a refill they were out of my medication and could only do a partial refill. I'm going to go elsewhere.

Wait for hours before you get your prescriptions. Plan on being there for an entire day to pick up meds.
