The item I shipped was returned to me and they tried to charge my customer $24….. it was shipped media mail, which IT IS media mail, but because inside of the box I used a USPS priority mail bubble mailer as cushioning they denied it? I bought that envelope and it was inside. I don’t understand…. I have shipped over 1400 packages the same way and this is the only time this has ever happened…. You see the options says media mail or not media mail and she just made up her own reason of saying why she saying it’s not valid to get money from innocent people….. HORRIBLE… go to a different post office, and USPS please review this worker…. Shauna Villarreal is real SHADY.

If I could give negative stars on this post office I would. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to delivering your mail. So good luck if you need anything delivered via mail or packages through USPS. We have had mail delivered once in the past 2 weeks, yet the weather and roads have been fine for over a week and a half.
In addition, we moved from Bellingham to Everson. And have yet to recieve any forwarded mail from our old address despite paying twice for the mail forwarding service.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service and do not recommend ever using them.

I've never had a single problem with my mail carrier and when I go in person to the post office the ladies are always so nice and helpful (I go a lot so I'm a regular) but they have always helped me, quick and friendly. I like being able to go so close to home for multiple trips in one day as well.

i’ve learned that “Attempted Delivery” means that the delivery driver was too lazy to get out of the vehicle and bring you your packages. i’m getting so tired of every single package of mine (and everyone in Everson) getting “Lost” or “Attempted Delivery” or whatever other excuse they have. some people order important things! 9 times out of 10 my package looks like they stomped on it, i’ve had hundreds of dollars in packages be destroyed and unable to get refunded, or only partially.I think everyone in Everson who’s tired of this should get together and petition or something, this is unacceptable. i’m tired of losing so much money and being scared to order packages to my house! i think we all are

No mail delivery for 2 weeks. 1 week was because of weather which is fine. 2nd week was because...why? No reasons given. No notifications. Have to stand in line with 30 other people who need mail, been here for 30 minutes and only moved 4 places in line.

Worst post office I’ve ever experienced. Losing packages, delivering to the wrong house, updating tracking saying it’s been delivered and it hasn’t. holiday season or not it’s always problems with this place.

Getting super tired of our postal service just tossing our packages onto our porch. Watched our mail lady toss our package with our ring camera just a little bit ago knowing that what she is delivering probably broke.Not only that - they absolutely STUFF our mailbox with boxes instead of just driving to the house and then send complaints to us and our landlord that we're not emptying our mailbox enough. It is checked every single day.Please, do better.

Are we just not receiving our packages anymore?? I get paper mail but none of my packages… i have about 7 packages just sitting there that have not been delivered. We had snow for TWO DAYS… You’d think business would resume as usual once it melted… nope. Roads are perfectly fine and i still cannot receive packages….. ?♀️ So what’s going on here… you guys just never going to deliver our packages??
