Jim’s was able to book me fairly quickly, did my diagnostic n fixed the problem same day!
Travis n Matt were patient with my ‘myriad’ of questions, and help me understand a bit more the mechanics of my car.
The final bill was less expensive than initial estimate, and I was pleased with the results n having my car road-safe again!
Definitely recommend the shop to family n friends..

We were up on mt baker and a belt broke, jims is close so I called them freaking out. Eric said he would try to fit us in, he located a belt, we got to the shop only waited a very short time, they replaced the belt and we were on our way back to birch bay. Thank you!!!

My car needed a 0w30 full synthetic API SN PLUS (or above) grade engine oil according to the manual. After some research, decided I wanted to go with Amsoil Signature Series. I called several shops around Bham to find out that they don't carry it. Some never called me back about the inquiry but Jim's Automotive did! Made an appointment and got my first oil change there. They were very friendly and had no issues putting in a Votex oil drain valve plug for me. Highly recommended.
