As we walked in, we were already welcomed with great respect and options. Miguel was very nice, we told him what we wanted and he showed us many options. He was very enthusiastic and understanding, which made it very comfortable to work with him. He quoted that “it’s not about the money here, it’s about what you want and building relationships with our customers”. This is the first time I’ve ever heard that from a dealership, and I can say that’s quite true here. We’ve gone through multiple dealerships who barely wanted to work with us because we were looking for something in particular that fits our budget, but ZAG Motors really made it happen. Rather than them saying “no we can’t do that for you” they took a different approach and said “let’s try other options that might fit”. The sales’ reps strive and enthusiasm to stay within our likings and budget really made things work out. I definitely will recommend coming back if we ever decide to get another car and I will also recommend my friends and family of this service.

Do not buy here! First they're watching you from the window like a hawk the minute you arrive. We came to take a look at a car we saw online, and took it for a test drive. The car was nice, but wasn't convinced on buying it. we had a list of different cars we wanted to take a look at so we knew we weren't going to purchase that day. The salesman that helping us was pretty nice, after the test drive we told him that we didn't have a final decision, and that we wanted to go see at other cars. He went to go get his manager, he came out asking us what we thought about the car, and again I said it's pretty nice but just wasn't so convinced, especially since it's going to be a big purchase I wanted to get something that I love. I was starting to feel pressure from this guy insisting in going in and talking numbers, but I just didn't want to since it wasn't necessary. It got to the point where I felt like I was being forced to, and he even said word for word " what can I do for you, to take this car" So I repeated myself again, it's not about the price, I don't need a discount, I just don't love it. and finally he understood but with a frustrated look like i wasted their time.
Clearly here they don't care about the consumer, and after reading other reviews I can confirm. Just avoid this place at all cost, it's not worth it. Their selling tactics just aren't it, they for sure need better training on customer service.
