I have been going to Z sports since moving to Washington. Most recently, my check engine light came on and I called them right away. They told me to bring it in today and I told them I would need a loaner car and it was not a problem. Travis called me with details after each diagnostic was done and even when he had to tell me the bad news, he was never sincere and you that’s not what I wanted to hear. I will be coming back due to the great customer service and wonderful communication

Had my car serviced here while I lived in Washington, and this is the only place I trusted to work on my car. Honest people very friendly and Travis is the man, he's worked there for many years and is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend z sport for all your mechanical needs.

First id like to say that i set up a motor swap to be done from 4/1/24 to 4/14/24 two weeks before hand i had called and sent a down payment to get a motor in early (was told that i would be able to get through the shop sooner by doing so) as of today i pulled my car out of the shop with not a spec of work done to it as the shop lead Travis had said he needed more time when i arrived at the shop today 4/12/24 i told him that as a customer its frustrating to be told 2 weeks then not see any work done within that time. also said I was contemplating talking about breach of contract because of the verbal agreement for the 3 days worth of work to be completed within that 2 week margin as i had set it up so they had a 2 week notice that the car was going to be coming into the shop for this work when told this Travis became very unprofessional and decided to instead of fixing the issue he was going to yell at me and tell me "they had done nothing wrong and to get the keys and a check for the motor and to leave his shop" after looking at reviews of this shop i realized this is a routine problem with Travis. Travis was the only person to talk to about the issue and was very unprofessional with withholding the fact that he wouldn't get to the car till 4/15/24 he also would tell me that i need to be more patient, as well as tell me im being to anxious ive since posted a warning to my car groups within the PNW about the lack of communication and lack of performance on the vehicle. I would personally love to have a phone call with the owner and ask him why this is considered acceptable in his shop

I got into an accident a year ago and the auto shop held my car for 9 months and didn’t fix my car at all. Z Sport took my car and fixed it in 3 days. I cannot thank them enough. Diagnosed my car in a couple hours. I am so totally impressed I will probably never go to anyone else ever again. Worth every penny.

I just had a horrible experience with them. I just called to speak to the owner because I have always brought my Mercedes and BMW there and always had excellent service with the Owner and This Unprofessional Person by the Name of Travis, when I asked him if I could ask him a Question real quick, He told me No I can't answer any Questions, I have a Customer Infront of me and Hung Up on Me. Now A. If so busy why answer the phone at all if you going to just hang up in my face and if you was so Busy and answer it why not take my number to call me back when you get a chance or ask to put me on hold til your done with the customer and than let me ask my question. What's so cold I was trying to bring them a new customer my brother needs his bmw worked on but now I don't even want to refer him. Honestly I feel this Travis Person as I guess you call him needs A Customer Service Training Class because I was so Shocked He did that to Thousands of Dollar Customer and the Owner has always Genuinely Cared about all His Customers. Called to get an estimate on repair and they said they would call back. never got a call back so called again and got somewhat of a quote. when i called back to see availability the price changed and was higher. sounded like they were just going to throw parts at the car. didnt get a good feeling on the phone so decided not to go there. most shops will be very clear on phone that you will pay diagnostic fee upfront and then get an diagnosis on what is wrong and go from there, vs just saying well figure out but the price will go up if the "fix" didnt fix the problem. would highly advise to stay away.

If you are lucky enough to be a Z Sport customer, you know there is no one better to take care of your car. I've gone to them for over 30 years and cannot recommend them more highly than that. Full faith and trust.
