Well, the same story as always, the plan is to give you therapy and convince you, advice, even if it is a used car, you have to check the body, that is, the paint, you get excited about how the vehicle looks on the inside and when you already sign the contract and have it in your house Even the doors are a different color, they bring the screen in Korean or another language and they leave you to figure out how to change it, before signing make sure that the vehicle is not salvage or Rebuilt tile, demand that they show you or not sign, It's advice.

I bought a Toyota Prius 2016 on June 13 2024, unfortunately the windshield is cracked, the right side rear mirror is not bending, the right indicator is not working, front wheel bolt is missing, the windshield display Speedo meter is not working, the engine oil was as black as tar, they told me the car is fully loaded and unfortunately I trusted them, then called them and told them everything and they just said it’s small thing doesn’t matter. Be careful they import cars from other countries which some of the options are useless in USA and as well as some parts are not available as I tried to replace the windshield but could not find the right one

I came here right after a bad experience at a large dealership in Burien. I was coming from Yakima that day and I will say it was worth the extra drive. Hector was genuine, chill, and honest with me throughout the entire car buying process. If you get to know Hector you’ll find out he is a really great person with big goals and a hard worker and I respect that about him.
Even though West Motorsport is a small dealership, their cars are all clean titled, they do not sell salvage or rebuilt cars, and they’re all reasonably priced. Pancho even made sure the gas tank was full before I left! They made me feel like I was really just hanging out, instead of being pressured into buying a car and getting warranties and extras and blah blah blah. On top of that they stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of, and I felt bad about that but they constantly reassured me it was not a big deal.
Through my trade in and financing I got a 2019 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium with low miles and for thousands less than the suggested retail price. I am so grateful for this experience and glad to have met these really awesome guys. This will be my forever car and I can’t wait to haul my growing family around in it!

Today after nearly 2 weeks of praying & car shopping( NOT my comfort zone!) I purchased a ‘20 Subaru Outback Premium. Hector was kind, honest, informative, and did not apply any pressure. He listened well and provided nearly all I asked for. It was one of the best experiences buying a car that I’ve ever had. Pancho graciously & quickly changed oil, wipers,got gas, changed plates on my new car and even voluntarily helped with a problem my co- shopper had with his car! They each deserve a raise, they are friendly, courteous & professional. Prayed for God to bless them.
