I came today to opening an account and met with a new employe. I understand that it takes time for this new employee to finish her Work but it is unacceptable to have her doing by herself without any other employees nearby or available to coach her It usually takes 30min but today it took 90 minutes this is absolutely unprofessional manner that made customers waiting that long

Erendria or however you say her name is the most unfriendly teller I've ever dealt with. Her name tag says she's a customer support specialist or something which she completely fails at. No wonder so many people are closing their accounts at Wells Fargo - poor service!

Update. For the love of god staff your store. This place is ridiculous. Every single time its a HUGE line and no one working. C'mon its been 3 years. If it wasnt where my business chose to bank i would definitely drop themGreat staff for the most part but as a local GM my company banks here. It takes a huge portion of my day to get deposits done. Typically waiting 30 plus minutes in drive thru, 20 min inside.

Spent 50 minutes in the drive thru. Once the teller greeted us it was another 10 minutes before we left. An hour at the bank drive thru on a Saturday morning is ridiculous. Looking for a bank with better weekend hours because this bank is a waste of time.

Showed up to nobody in the lobby 2 people in line 2 tellers walking around manager didn't even say Hi the one And only banker they bothered to hire and staff today to help their customers"maybe to actually help people "is just clicking on their computer finally after 20 minutes somebody walks up and says oh did you have an appointment apparently they're not capable able or caring enough to help any of their active customers you have to know what you need ahead of time make an appointment and then come wait they refuse to do any service otherwise avoid this branch like the plague.

My card was blocked many times and led me to miss some bills even more extra charges. My online access was denied and blocked many time. On 5/10/22 called to make appointment for wire transfer to escrow. Instead of try to assisted me, she started ingrate me with questions, and she said she will not do it in that week after I told her it is important to be done prior to 11 of may. I was frustrated and unhappy with service I got.Hope things get better soon

Always understaffed in middle of the day 1pm. slowest bank I have ever been to. I’ve been here a handful of times and waiting 20+min in line. Terrible customer service.

I go to this bank regularly 3-4x a week making deposits for my job don't let the other reviews fool you this bank is amazing and the people inside take care of you with a smile and do there best to go as fast as they can.
