Erendria or however you say her name is the most unfriendly teller I've ever dealt with. Her name tag says she's a customer support specialist or something which she completely fails at. No wonder so many people are closing their accounts at Wells Fargo - poor service!

Hannah is a very bad employee she needs to be kicked out of that place zero customer service experience.
