This ATM. Crazy. I know the Chase ATM is the best but this is definitely a runner up. The ATM saved me from a speeding bus, gave me 100 extra bucks one time, and helped me win the Cold War. Nice job! 5/5 stars.

This without a doubt was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a local branch. All I wanted to do was withdraw money out of my own account, I had 3 people in front of me and 2 behind and they have one teller working while 5 other people sitting at their desk with no one in front of them. And all they could keep saying is sorry about the wait instead of actually getting up and servicing their customers behind the window. When I finally did get my turn at the window 20 minutes later they had to get a manager involved to complete my request and now I've been given the third degree on everything to do with my account after already presenting my ID and my debit card they now need to know who else is on my account? ( I'm the primary) what was the last transaction made into my account where did it come from and for how much we are now 15 minutes into this transaction. I asked the manager in front of me is this normal practice for Wells Fargo as a whole or is this something that they do just at this branch because I did this exact same transaction at another Branch 6 months ago and they didn't pry into every aspect of my account and my life before giving me the money. I'm not sure if it was racism or classism that was involved here but it was definitely something and I don't know what else to do but leave a bad review. Whoever the manager is there she is not good at her job she is not good at customer service she is not a polite person even though she tries to act like she is. Do yourself a favor go to any other Branch but the one in Mill Creek because overall Wells Fargo is a good bank but this without a doubt is a terrible branch.

Different with the other bank. This location is so much more friendly!!!!! They take time to talk to you until the problem solved. Thank you again staffs here!

Again with the timing.........Yelp and Google maps say they close at 6pm but when I got there at 5 they locked the door in my face and said sorry. I guess they close at 5.

The timing needs to updated on Yelp. We checked yelp and came here at 3 pm on Saturday and the bank closes at 2 pm on Saturday

Staff is really slow. Been waiting in lobby for over an hour with a fussy 1 yr old. Not a family friendly place if you're trying to run in and run out. Alaskausa or WSECU is right down the road. I would go there

I will recommend this location to EVERYONE!! If you need help with anything I suggest you ask for Rory. Rory was absolutely amazing. She helped answer so many questions I had and more. In my experience, she is the best banker, hands down.

I am always impressed with the stellar level of customer care I receive at any Wells Fargo location, and this one in Mill Creek is no exception. They never fail to be friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I feel like I'm being welcomed by a friend when I walk through the doors. Adrianna was exceptionally helpful when we decided to open some new accounts. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who is new in the area! You will not be disappointed!

I recently opened a checking and savings with this branch and they were quick and very helpful. Victoria is great. She went over quite a bit of financial information and we set up a game plan to help me achieve my goals! The mobile app is easy and quick! Direct deposit and posting checks for deposit simple! This is one of the first businesses I frequented when moving to Bothell and I have never been less than blown away by the customer service here! Everyone that I have interacted with has been extremely friendly, often calling me by my first name and asking about college (which may mean I am there too often). They are so informative and have helped me with applying for my first credit card to getting a safety deposit box. I know that I can count on everyone there to help me with my banking needs in a timely fashion!

Update- talked with manager after situation, he addressed my concerns. First rated them a one due to: Tellers words were said kindly, but it was like dealing with an automated ATM. Didn't feel like I was valued or my needs met!

I originally went in today to just get a medallion stamp. What could have been a 5 min appt turned into a 35 min appt. Summer was amazing. She was so personable. When I mentioned possibly starting my own small business, she offered so much good advice and outside opportunity ideas. I've recently been struggling with the idea mostly because it's slightly terrifying to put yourself out there and because of the possible risk. After speaking with her I felt like I had found my path and actually hugged her before leaving. I know... weird. Who Hugs their banker? What can I say? Summer is one amazing human.
