Pharmacy's Service is pretty bad lately. Seems like they're short stuff and I understand but they have been rude to customers also. I had so switched pharmacy because after 45 min wait, they told me that insurance didn't match the patient information. Went to CVS, no problem at all.
It's just not good service anymore.

Pharmacy is struggling and service/efficiency/accuracy is declining every time I interact with them. This includes in-person/drive-through as well as over the phone. The person in the pharmacy yesterday spent a half hour filling my father's Rx after waiting in line for 25 minutes and she must've not entered my prescriptions at all. So I called today and waited on hold until they went on a lunch break and offered for me to continue holding until after that or hang up. Errrrr Guess what? I'm on my lunch too! Acknowledging you see your customer waiting and thank them for their patience goes a long way... I felt avoided and she was purposely not looking at me.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house, and their service is consistently terrible, worst service.Every time I need a prescription refill, it takes 3-4 days. Recently, I placed an order on Tuesday, and by Saturday, they still hadn't started on it until I went in and asked. They don't answer calls to confirm if the prescription is ready, and when you go in, they tell you it will take another hour or even days. This means I always have to make two trips. Plus, I receive the notification that the prescription is ready only after I've already picked it up.

They take forever to fill prescriptions. Then if they take too long to refill it the system deletes the prescription. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription. Trying to get someone in the phone to talk is ridiculous too. Other people are always filling in because they are undertrained and understaffed.

Been trying to get thru to the pharmacy for 2 days. They put me on hold forever, then switch to the ringer, again, forever, and then they hang up on me. They even say that there is only 1 person ahead of me and I still get the same runaround! Terrible service!

This pharmacy is not like it used to be...I used to get my prescriptions and my kids here,but because there was a change in their insurance they would charge me and when I took It elsewhere they didn't...
Recently I went and they said yeah we do accept this insurance and I was like so why did you guys told me you were not contracted with them?
Yesterday I had a bad asthma attack and I went at the ER ...I badly need the meds to breath and still a day after they don't have my meds ready.

This pharmacy is extremely disorganized. I was told over the phone to come at 4:30 pm and my prescription would be ready. When I arrived I was told it wasn't ready and to come back at 5:10, when I arrived at 5:30 I was told to wait another 15 -20 minutes. Then I finally got to the front of the line and they said my prescription is out of stock. The staff didn't apologize once for the wait or inconvenience for the hour and half I waited to just be told that they are unable to fill my prescription.

When end of the store to buy some candy. Noticed I was charged almost double the price of the candy.. Said something to the lady and she didn't want to acknowledge that the candy was on sale. So I put the Candy back and left the store. I will not support stores that will scam people

The pharmacy technicians were very friendly and had my prescriptions ready faster than expected. The store was well staffed and they even gave my Littles a sucker for waiting patiently.

When there's something wrong with your prescriptions, they don't notify you. I had a prescription that I needed and no one told me there was a problem and now I can't get my prescription until Monday when I needed it Saturday.

Worst service I've ever had in a pharmacy. I'm on a permanent medication that I need to take daily and I've been waiting for over a week for them to fill it. I waited on the phone for half an hour and then they just hung up on me. We went there in person and they made us sit there for 20 minutes before saying anything; when they finally helped us they were rude, short and still didn't have my prescription ready and told me to come back later. I have never had a pharmacy treat me like this in my whole life.

Pharmacy is so slow, every time I go it usually takes 20-30 minutes, even longer if another person is ahead of me.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. In particular, the snarky, rude, condescending, smart ass phone manners of the pharmacy staff, particularly the young male it was my misfortune to communicate with at approximately 7:30 PM the evening of February 13, 2024, was totally unacceptable. His mouthy and inappropriate phone manners are emblematic of why I moved all of my prescriptions from this store to another. Avoid this pharmacy unless you like being treated like trash.
