If I could give this a zero star, I would. I was in need of vaccines and chose this pharmacy for the fact that they advertised having the Pfizer for Covid. They had a date and time that worked for me, and the location was great for my schedule that day.I got in, talked to them about the Pfizer vaccine, and was told nothing. It is now 4 weeks later, and I just got home from another clinic visit. I am dealing with severe allergic reactions due to being given a Covid vaccine that was not Pfizer. They gave Moderna. It might offer similar protection, but for some of us who have allergies, this is a problem. I have been having respiratory problems since the vaccine. Now we know why. If they had just been honest when I was there and allowed me to make the call rather than hiding the truth, deciding for me, and then putting me in this position. They never notated my Covid card, so I have no official proof for my employer that I have received it. I do not want to give these people my business again.

I do not appreciate the plastic carts. Too hard to use them with physical impairments. I watched a gentleman with an Electric Bike try to shop in the store. They would not allow him to lock his bike up nor would they allow him to push it while he shopped. Not very accommodating to say the least. I understand that we live in a low income area and the business deal with high crime and drug issues but why are the rest of us penalized? I have been a tax paying citizen in this State since 1982. Some people really need a REALITY CHECK!

If your in need of something right that second, then they probably have it. The price might be a little high, but what isn't nowadays days. Other then that, the customer service is exceptional

Consistently have issues fulfilling medications I've been on my whole life. Spent hours trying to get one medication refilled. My doctor had to call numerous times while walgreens turned me away over and over again saying it wasn't in/wasn't approved despite me being on the phone w/Dr office in front of them telling them it was approved earlier that morning/approving it right then and there.Pharmacy wasn't willing to call my doctor on their end.Not enough staff, staff was clearly overwhelmed.Heard multiple customers complain about missing medication or other issues as I waited.

This place is understaffed! I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me at the photo desk before one of the cashiers up front noticed me and waved me over. Apparently there is no one to work the photo desk anymore and whoever is working the front also has to cover the photo desk. She had a line up front though so I had to wait for her to help everyone else before she could run over to the photos and then back to the front to help check me out. I felt bad for the employees having to work so hard, I hope this company is taking good care of them!

I would urge EXTREME caution using Walgreens pharmacy, especially if your prescription is an expensive one. And if the pharmacy has to substitute the prescription for another one, do not pick it up until you follow up with your insurance provider. ***In my case, I had done my due diligence with the original prescription (pre-authorization received from the insurance company) but unfortunately, the Walgreens pharmacy substituted the original medication with another one. I specifically asked if there were any insurance issues with the switch because the pre-authorization was for the original medication and the pharmacy manager (not providing her name as it SEEMS like it was not a mistake that she actually made) stated that "it went through" on their end. So I trusted that their system was checking not just what I would need to pay, but that the actual drug was a covered drug. But that was NOT the case...the substitution drug is NOT covered by insurance. The large payment I made will NOT go towards my deductible and any future prescriptions for this medication will also not be covered (and would require me to pay 100% out of pocket.) Which effectively makes this a prescription I cannot sustain...and therefore another route should have been discussed with my doctor. When I called the pharmacy manager back after the issue was discovered, it appears that the Walgreens computer system is not effectively set up to address situations where a drug is NOT covered by your insurance. She told me there were no red flags that would have alerted them to the fact that the drug they were giving as a substitute was NOT covered by my insurance. She went on to state that because they disclosed the cost and I paid for it, there was nothing that they did "wrong." But the fact that their system does not appear to notify the pharmacy that a drug is not actually covered with the insurance plan that has been entered is WRONG and MIND BOGGLING! The entire purpose of providing our insurance information is for the pharmacy to verify if it is a covered drug AND what it will cost me to fill it - BEFORE I PAY FOR THE PRESCRIPTION. Both pieces of information are vital to the customer making a fully informed decision...and the Walgreen's pharmacy system should be set up to provide that information AND the employees should be relaying that information. Again...do your own due diligence with your insurance before picking up and medications -do not trust that the Walgreens pharmacy has done it for you.

They pharmacy actually staffed with idiots. I have never had such a hard time getting prescriptions. My girl went to pick up a two prescription for me and they only have her one so she had to go back and get the other one cuz they fucked up. I called to get my refill prescription and they told me I had to wait for my a sign off even tho when I called me doctor he said he had already signed off on it. So now I'm doing all this back and fourth calling. I ended up having them change location for my prescription because they suck so bad. Absolutely idiots at their job. Need a whole new staff literally.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at this location. There for the wellness clinic, we were 4 minutes late, and they refused to see my husband. Forced him to reschedule. Then we asked to use the restroom which required a code. Nurse referred us to store staff. We asked store staff and they told us restrooms were for customers only. I told them we were there for the clinic, and they said the clinic should have given us the code. I told them they're all full of sh!t and left. Horrible way to treat customers, especially with an ailing husband.

This company has went to the gutter. No product, no public restrooms for potential customers and taxpayers on road trips. Do better.

I, after pushing the call button, waited in the battery aisle for 10 mins. I go up to the front to be told the only person with the key was on break and wouldn't be back for a while. Then was told corporate was cutting hours (which I get), but it would have been nice to know that before waiting for so long. Or have the key be passed on to some one not on break

Nothing but problems trying to use Walgreens as a pharmacy. They’re awful. Terrible company, terrible policies, and at this location, terrible pharmacists. Rude and never go the extra mile. Safeway is leaps and bounds better, so we go there now.

I’ve stopped shopping at Walgreens. They refuse to carry birth control medicine in a number of states. Better to take your business somewhere else that isn’t kowtowing to extremists.
