While I understand it may be annoying when customers come in close to closing time it is unacceptable to walk up to them at exactly 10pm and say GET OUT! My teenage daughter went into Walgreens last night around 9:40pm and was getting some things. She had a whole basket full of items and a lady walked up to her and said GET OUT! My daughter asked why and she just said “we are closed so get out.” There was no intercom announcement and nobody told her they were closing when she walked in. She thought they closed at 11pm on the weekend. She is 16 and didn’t check their hours prior to going there so she did make a mistake. However, they were extremely rude and could have approached her 5 minutes prior and told her they were closing in a nice manner! Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent pharmacy willing to help those who need it.
90 day refills are a blessing especially if one is handicapped like I am.
My only issue is the fact that there are absolutely no shopping carts for customer use.
Apparently these carts were stolen by others.
I don't blame Walgreens, I blame Everett City Leaders for this.

I have come in to this store the day they first opened. Before covid, all we had to do was ask to use the restroom, then when done, i could continue shopping. Now if i have to go, i have to hurry up and leave so i can use the bathroom several blocks away. If i was able to use it, i could shop more. You all are losing money. Use your eyes. Let the shoppers who are not gross use the bathroom, and unsanitary people and drug addicts, tell them no bathroom. If you please, may we have our restrooms back, so we can continue to buy more items, instead of buying very little because be cant use the restrooms anymore? Thank you for your time.

I was stuck in traffic and I was able to walk in right before closing and get a phone charger, they even let me use the bathroom before I left. Great employees.

I'm here in Everett, WA, taking care of my son after a major surgery. Because I've been here for three weeks, and have a another three weeks to go before I return home, I had to have my prescriptions transferred from my home pharmacy, so that I could have them refilled here. I informed the pharmacy tech that I would only be here temporarily, so this would be a one time thing. When I went to pick up my meds, I was told at the counter, that I had to disclose any and all of my medical conditions, standing right there in front of any other people who happened to be there. None of my meds were opioids or other controlled substances, so I refused. Then the pharmacist is called over, and she tells me that she won't release my medications unless I inform them of my complete medical history. I still said no. She then asked me to write them down. I wrote them down simply because I wanted to get out of there. Never in all of my years of taking prescription drugs, have I been blind-sided like this! I have never had this issue with any other pharmacy, and I said this much to the pharmacist. But when I asked her what law said that I was obligated to disclose medical information about myself in order to get meds that I'd been taking for years, she had no answer other than saying that it was required by the pharmacy board - which it is not. But it DID violate my HIPPA rights.
The medications that I am taking were prescribed by my doctor, and approved by my insurance, and because I was not picking up controlled substances, there was nothing more required for me to get these refilled medications. Sufficed to say that I was furious, and even if I had to stay here forever, I will NEVER visit that pharmacy again! When I return to my home in Maryland, the easiest way for me to get my prescribed refills next month, would be to have them remain with Walgreens, and simply transferred to the location closest to my home. But if your pharmacists and staff are this determined to violate my rights so that they can log in OPTIONAL information about a customer, I'd rather have them transferred someplace else, even if I had to drive 50 miles to get there!

Went in and bought a few things, needed to use the restroom I’ve been traveling for over an hour. Sign above says restroom and I go ask for the code and they say it’s not for the public? How can you have a big restroom sign and not allow shoppers who buy at your store to not use the restroom. Lost a customer today. Thank you Walgreens for your non-convenience.

Robin working the pharmacy front counter is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. Every interaction I have ever had with her is horrible.

Store reeks of marijuana. I don’t care who does what In there personal time but your store shouldn’t reek of weed inside and out. Unprofessional. Empty beer cans and vodka bottles (shooters) littered outside the front entrance. Wow.. had to present Identification for cough syrup containing zero alcohol, what’s the explanation for this? I assume racism. Given the fact that your only cashier present is prehistoric.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. I was in need of vaccines and chose this pharmacy for the fact that they advertised having the Pfizer for Covid. They had a date and time that worked for me, and the location was great for my schedule that day.I got in, talked to them about the Pfizer vaccine, and was told nothing. It is now 4 weeks later, and I just got home from another clinic visit. I am dealing with severe allergic reactions due to being given a Covid vaccine that was not Pfizer. They gave Moderna. It might offer similar protection, but for some of us who have allergies, this is a problem. I have been having respiratory problems since the vaccine. Now we know why. If they had just been honest when I was there and allowed me to make the call rather than hiding the truth, deciding for me, and then putting me in this position. They never notated my Covid card, so I have no official proof for my employer that I have received it. I do not want to give these people my business again.

I do not appreciate the plastic carts. Too hard to use them with physical impairments. I watched a gentleman with an Electric Bike try to shop in the store. They would not allow him to lock his bike up nor would they allow him to push it while he shopped. Not very accommodating to say the least. I understand that we live in a low income area and the business deal with high crime and drug issues but why are the rest of us penalized? I have been a tax paying citizen in this State since 1982. Some people really need a REALITY CHECK!
