I made an appointment for an immunization and when I showed up the pharmacy didnt have the shots in stock and they acted like I should have called ahead of time to verify. What is the point of making a reservation then? Complete waste of my time and now im noy getting my shot on time because Walgreens is disorganized and understaffed.

Extremely rude staff!! I understand working with a schedule but seriously?? After being on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy instead of saying a word- they just disconnected me and turned off their line for their lunch break. Anything would have been better than that.

Zack was closing store 2 hours early n when I called him out he kicked me out! Threatened to tresspass me! he has lights off/ door locked n carts blocking the entrance! Refused to let the guy check me out. The pink haired employee screamed at him that I was complaining ( to my friend not to her) that they can't close early then she told me lets take it outside ! craziest trashiest Walgreens I've ever Been to! I go there at least once A week but will never return! This place is insanity !!!!

I ordered two at home Covid tests for same day delivery. The fact that it was not delivered within the timeframe I was given should have told me something. However, the next day, I got an email saying my order was out for delivery and another telling me that it had been delivered. It never came. I just lost 52$ and an hour of my life calling Walgreens for help. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

They charged me twice for the same item The cashier scanned the same item twice, and I have not noticed that until I got home and checked the receipt. Be careful everyone when you get there and watch the cashier when they are scanning the items because they can scan them twice.

My experience today was totally uncalled for. 42 years old waiting for a prescription that was said to be ready in another 30 min. I wasted as much time as possible and came back 20 min later only to be told to wait an hour. I asked if that could be sped up since I was already here and was told otherwise. Then, was told that I was unable to wait in the drive through, which I've done in the past when no other cars were waiting, and came inside. Then I was told that I couldn't stand in the line that I was standing in (the one with the payment machine) and again. Nobody else in sight. So I moved to the other side of the rope and asked if there was anything else he'd like me to do. He then said that he'd transfer my prescription. I didn't care if I picked it up here or somewhere else. Only then he said he wasn't going to fill it and I asked then to have it transferred. He then stated it was unable to be transferred. I'm now waiting for the manager to come back to fill me in on what's happened. I will now go to Twitter. Thanks for reading.

Worst customer service, staff so rude.. if i come in to buy any medicine, i need it, their job is basically just to check out, not try to be smart a** and ask me why do i need it. Dont They realize that they're just normal cashier, making minimum wage(or maybe more), how about they go back to school and get some degree then start asking ppl some smarter question.

If you want to be verbally harassed on the phone while dealing with stressful insurance problems be sure to go here! On hold while dealing with an insurance issue at the pharmacy when an employee from a different department picked up the phone, insisted that I WASN'T trying to talk to the pharmacy I was trying to pick up my cards and refused to believe that MAYBE just MAYBE she was the one who made a mistake?? After I finally convinced her that she worked in a drugstore with a pharmacy so its not absolutely unthinkable that maybe I was talking to the pharmacy she just said "oh" and put me back on hold without apologizing for being a rude idiot. Then got back on with the pharmacy technician who insisted it didn't happen. AMAZING 10/10 JOB GUYS WOW

Worse customer service all the managers and employees are soo rude..... staff walking around not doing anything.. you have to wait for managers to come out of the office for 15 mins
