The absolute WORST pharmacy on the planet!! ALWAYS have issues with the simplest things and the Asian lady who is here most of the time is the rudest woman I've ever had to deal with in my life. I will go ANYWHERE but walgreens. Absolute garbage customer service. So done. Highly recommend ANYWHERE else you can possibly go.

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY! This is not the first issue I've had with this location, but it will be the last. I've never dealt with a worse pharmacy in my life. My medication was picked up on 6/13 and I had a 1 month supply. I look at my prescription status on 7/13 and they're saying they actually filled it on 6/15 (despite my bottle showing differently - annoying, but I'll get through). I call on 7/17 to see if my prescription is available and they tell me that they only have the name brand - which my insurance doesn't cover. Then she proceeds to give me the run around about trying to call my doctor and sending it to a different pharmacy. I said I will absolutely be having it sent to a different pharmacy.

Really weird experience trying to get a prescription setup here since I just moved to Everett. First I got placed on hold for 10 minutes, then got asked for numbers on my insurance card that didn’t exist that she was somehow able to override (?), and then got told my prescription was rare and doesn’t exisit in Walgreens system, even though I used a Walgreen in Ohio and Michigan for this same refill for the past 8 years… honestly just very confusing and seemed like they tried anything to keep me from refilling a prescription there. If that’s the case I’d prefer them to just to say they aren’t taking on any new business as opposed to 20 minutes on the phone.

I normally don't do these things like this. But the other day I was here getting medicine and the cashier was SUPER rude to me. I don't remember her name but I know it starts with a "M" or "Marla" something. She had this mean mug on her face and had an attitude after I asked for something to be unlocked and she said whatever. Im not usually a mean person but she was down right rude.

Somebody needs to give these pharmacists a raise and then hire more. They're running around doing things every time I'm in. Unfortunately this has led to me not getting my medication in time before and ended up going several days without it which was very difficult. These people are over worked

Honestly, if there was a zero star option I would give them that. Use a mail service or literally any other pharmacy.

The pharmacy now closes at 6pm daily. Long lines and terrible service. We are switching to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy part of this place is the worst I have experienced so far. I have had terrible experiences with their customer service at the pharmacy before and wanted to give them another chance. The staff at the drive through window and the pharmacist I spoke with in person were beyond rude. After waiting for 45 minutes in line, they refused to refill a prescription because they closed the safe early (before closing) and they would also not let me transfer the prescription to another pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible experience with the pharmacy. I had an appointment for some vaccinations. They call me to tell me that they are closing early and to call them back. I was on hold for over 2 hours and never spoke to a pharmacist. I went there in person and never once saw a pharmacist answer the phone. Other customers mentioned being on hold for hours and never getting though. This is unacceptable -- don't ask me to call back and then never answer your phone. I'll be going to Rite Aid from now on.

Walgreens in general has been getting some pretty bad press lately and now I know why!! This location in particular has always had the absolute worst customer service. These people are rude and unprofessional and their behavior is unacceptable. The store is dirty especially behind the pharmacy counter. They do not have any type of customer service skills. Also this location and apparently the rest of the locations in Everett, no longer have any weekend hours, and now close their doors at 6 PM. How are working normal people supposed to pick up their medication? When I went inside to address the fact that the car in front of me was served, after waiting a half an hour in the line, and when I pulled up to the window the shade was drawn indicating the pharmacy was closed. When I went inside and asked if I could please have my medication so that I could sleep tonight, the pharmacist was extremely rude and literally physically shoved me out of the way to leave. His words to me were "well you can go ahead and call corporate, because we have to leave."What the hell Walgreen's? I guess you don't like peoples money or business! I've read that you employ and back pharmacists who refuse to dispense medically prescribed medication's based on Their religious beliefs! What the hell kind of business model is that? How is it a pharmacists place to determine the appropriateness of medical care prescribed by a licensed qualified physician? A pharmacist's role is to dispense medication and educate patients, and be a double check for doctors orders for safety. Not to impose their own religious beliefs on patient care!! And you people back and still employ these unethical, unprofessional people!Shame on you!I've been wanting to transfer my business for a few weeks now just based on that, but after this experience at your store, I truly hope that your entire corporation fails.
